“Great Location,really had a great time”
The hotel was such a good location,you just crosss the road and you right by the car park that everyone else walks from to get to the studio.They upgraded our room to a suite and we had lots of room,one bedroom and then a living room area which was lovely.If you want to see the attractions at universal and are keen on being positioned near then this is perfect,the beds were so comfy as well and had great sleeps at the hotel,lovely view also..all round very nice.
“Walk to Universal”
I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in quite some time. Very impressed with the new look and the service that I remember as a kid traveling around the country with my parents growing up. Great location and good staff - always attentive and there to help. Good partners with attached restaurant made breakfast very convenient and billing easy back to room. Amenities were good and check-in/check-out was very pleasant and very affordable…great deal for a suite on Expedia. Will definitely visit again when staying in Orlando.

Hotel was about 6 blocks from universal and easy to walk to... also they had wonderful shuttle service to and from the hotel/ Universal! Well worth the money! When we took a cab, it only cost $4! GREAT DEAL
“Excellent visit to Universal for New Year's Eve.”
Lobby staff was friendly and quick. Room was very clean and modern decor. Beds were very comfortable. Only problem incurred was my husband left some money on the counter in the bathroom and the maid took it, which I told him was probably because she thought it was a tip (large tip). Met up with friends for New Year's Eve at Universal and had adjoining rooms (as requested). Hotel was easy walk to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Shuttle bus only runs 2 times in the morning each day.
“Perfect for Universal Studios”
Hotel had a free shuttle at three times in the morning to Universal Studios and three at night to return. Had free parking at the hotel (at least we did booking through Expedia). If you're in shape it's only about a 15-20 minute walk to get to CityWalk at Universal. A few nights we drove over after 6pm (or so) when parking at Universal dropped to $3 to go to CityWalk for dinner or a movie. There's a good sports bar (Ale House) nearby and a Walgreens for misc items in the parking lot across the street. Night staff was very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. One set of elevators was out of service but that didn't affect us at all as the staff upgraded our room to a suite without being asked. Very happy we chose this hotel.
“Great hotel infront of Universal Studios a walk away”
Hotel check in was fast and they upgraded me to a suite. Just a walk away from the park and it will save you the parking fee in universal.
“Great Universal Studios Area Hotel”
Nice hotel, right next to Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal Studios, although the times are limiting. Noticed a couple of minor maintenance items, but I hope they would be corrected during the ongoing remodel. Overall a great hotel.
