“GREAT HOTEL”

We Were looking for an affordable hotel that met our needs & budget for a 5 night stay to visit Universal Studios. We found everything we were looking for at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good and convient. Universal studios wa a very short drive. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is budget concience but still expects good quality & a comfortable hotel room.

“great location”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also they give you a good breakfast for free. The employees were nice and courteous. Although, we took the shuttle for free we could have walked to Universal park. I highly recommended.

“Great place to stay for your trip, and even better for your pocket!”

The hotel was quite comfy. I had read some reviews before booking and I was already aware that the size of the room would be rather small.. but it was enough room for me and two of my friends. The beds were VERY comfortable, the room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was better than I had expected and overall.. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Already planning our next trip”

I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and was kinda nervous considering the low price but was extremely pleased when we arrived. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the breakfast buffet was good and had something for everyone. The staff at the front desk and the staff at the Universal Ticket counter in the main lobby were full of valuable information and good advice in navigating our plans. The shuttle service (Shirley our driver was wonderful) to Universal Studios was a wonderful surprise. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I have stayed in 5 and 6 star hotels many times and I can honestly say the service at this hotel exceeded those hotels and my expectation. We are planning a trip back to Orlando next year and will definitely make our reservations at the Holiday Inn Express nearest Universal Studios.

“Very accomodating”

My husband and I enjoyed the comfort of a suite during our four night stay. The room was comfortable, clean and smelled fresh. I commend housekeeping for not waking us at early hours to clean but waiting until we were out and about before entering to clean our room. Very relaxing. Thanks Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay.

“Enjoyed our stay!”

This hotel was very close to Universal but just outside of the main "touristy" area which really cut down on the traffic. It was very clean. The free breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Fresh coffee was in the lobby no matter what time we came through. We were there for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. The only down side is that there is a fire station close to the hotel, so we had some siren noise.

We have traveled to universal studios 5 times... one time we tried another hotel (on the same street) and had a horrible experience. We continue to travel back to Sleep Inn... great value, friendly customer service and good breakfast selection.

“GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY”

CLEAN ROOM, NICE POOL, EXCELLENT FREE BREAKFAST, AND FREE PARKING. A REGULAR ROOM IS GOOD FOR A COUPLE. A FAMILY SHOULD BOOK A SUITE.
