“Perfect location, lovely hotel”

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, great location, close to shopping and Disney, VERY clean hotel, couldn't ask for more!

“A fantastic Hotel, my kids loved the Pool with the Waterslide!!!”

This is a great find, I used to stay at some other hotel in the immediate area, but now that I've found this I won't stay anywhere else. The Beds are comfortable and the free wifi is fantastic! My kids loved the Pool with the waterslide going through a rock waterfall. The hot breakfast is included and is really good. Every morning we found new items to eat. The staff is always friendly and eager to please. The only thing we would have prefered was a inroom safe. We had to use the safe in the office behind the front desk. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

“Enjoyed my stay holiday in on Palm Parkway Avenue”

the pool was was nice and had a small waterfall over a small slide, free internet in rooms with the password they provide you and internet with use of a printer in the lobby, the breakfast offered good food and it was easy to get around. Check in was a little slow as the registration desk was also the concierge but the person was friendly and informative.

“Always Great!”

This hotel always delivers great value for the money. I have stayed many times with my family and we keep coming back. We enjoy the comfortable beds, the breakfast is always good and the swimming pool is our kids favourite when we stay in Orlando. I would always recommend it to my family and friends!

“Lacking in Customer Service”

Hotel room and area was great, they had a nice small pool with waterslide and hot tub. Unfortunately they didn't clean the pool, slide, or hot tub on a regular basis and the hours posted for the slide and not the hours they follow. Our room was good as previously mentioned, except the bathroom wasn't setup well. The door wouldn't open fully as the toilet stopped it (looks like the toilet was changed after the room was designed and the bowl was too low and long to fit properly in the room). Customer Service: Housekeeping wouldn't leave soap or other toiletries unless a tip was left, and didn't replace towels when requested. Front Desk: When checking in, we were met with real hostility from the check in clerk, for no apparent reason. When checking out we were asked "how was your stay" when we tried t respond the check out clerk simply walked away from us. Luckily we met one lovely woman who worked the desk adn recommended a pizza take out place (Flippers) since it was a long day and we just wanted to kick back and eat dinner in our room then crash. Overall we would stay here again, but would know what to expect. Had it not been for the customer service issues we would have recommeneded that this hotel get a star increase...but now we know why it is as low as it is.
