Location was nice. Nice people and clean property. Did not like the shower, but we did get the wheelchair accessible room assigned to us and it was roomy, but not a great bathroom.

Faucet Sink without pressure. They say is the normal in the hotel, but shower has good pressure. Not true, they never clean the faucet. Bad customer service.

The sink faucet was completely dirty and the water pressure was ridiculous. The maintenance and front desk said is the normal hotel pressure. Not true, the shower has good pressure, after call several times they return and clean the faucet. Maybe never was clean. Bad service, I will never return to this hotel.

When we first walked into the property to check in, I was really taken back. It was a very small check in area with a bar and the restaurant right there, so looks can be deceiving. It was a great place with no issues with anything. we enjoyed our stay with buffet breakfast every morning (an extra charge). There was a shuttle to and from Seaworld and other venues we did not take advantage of. Our stay was great due to the friendly service and helpful workers. We would definitely stay again if in area. I will say, there really isn't anything walkable around but our focus was on seaworld, so it was perfect. I only remember the front Desk, Pamela but everyone was great, including the breakfast servers.

Everything was chaos. The key cards were never working and we had to manually have a person let us in and out each time. That’s not great with a small kid. They also didn’t provide me with any of the Hilton honors member benefit. The room and bed were comfy and had great cooling, however it smelled like dog when we first arrived.

We stayed here when we visited SeaWorld. This hotel is very walkable to the park and is clean and fit our family of three perfectly. The staff was so nice - I will definitely stay here again!

the lobby looks new and clean. The pool was decent. Hot tub jaccuzzi was really good. The room looks outdated and we are lack of soap, lotion and no ironing board Upon check in we request our room to be cleaned daily. We were there for 3 days, not once the room was cleaned. So many things were not refilled in the room we have to call to ask for everything. They bring things up very quickly but in my opinion things should be refilled prior to be ready for guests

The hotel was fine and there were signs in the room indicating that they only clean the room every other day. We were there three nights and our room was never cleaned. We could have stayed at a similarly priced and rated hotel nearby and had our room cleaned daily, free self parking and a free breakfast.

Let's start leaking toilet always running. Room was not cleaned properly. I think I have stayed in Red Roofs and felt cleaner. We slept showered and fixed the toilet each time we used by messing with flapper to fill. Not a good night.

I enjoyed my stay, the atmosphere, the employees, and the location. My only issue was my room smelt like mold. There was a scent in there that would not leave. Every day I left and came back it was a mold scent.

Pros: Staff was nice, parking was easy to find, pool was good size and had hot tub. We were able to walk to Seaworld, nice area, felt safe. Cons: Room had dirty smell of wet towel possible mold/mildew issues. Shower head had mold and toilet was broken. AC made loud noise. Staff member told me she only charged one car instead of two cars for daily parking as if I was getting a good deal but you are supposed to get two cars for $12 per night stay so I didn’t like that fake “I’m getting you a good deal” attitude, when you’re not.

Great stay! Waitress at Breakfast was Fantastic!
We had a great time. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming property. Couldn’t get automatic blackout blind to function, but told maintenance about it as we were leaving the room. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was really good! Our waitress (Kaydiann) was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Great smile and is a great representative for the property and hotel brand!

Clean and nice rooms. 10min walk to SeaWorld entrance and 15min walk to Discovery Cove. So the location is 5 stars. What I didn't like is transportation. There is a bus that should take people to park but on one day it was 25min late, on the other it didn't arrive at all. If it is not dependable, just don't offer it.

Breakfast overpriced and don't depend on shuttle
Hard beds, overpriced breakfast (poor quality). Hotel advertises shuttle to Seaworld, but shuttle is run by different company. They have a desk in the lobby with a concierge. Maybe it was first day, or not, but Trevor was no help. When asked for information, he handed us a map and referred us to the Seaworld website. First scheduled time, the bus didn't show up. When they were called they said the bus was on time but no one was there. Eight people, were there waiting 20 minutes early, but no bus. Concierge could not confirm when we might be picked up. Because of the shuttle service we selected the hotel but wound up paying $30 to drive and park at Seaworld

I liked that it was close to destination parks. I didn’t like that the hallways were unairconditioned and stuffy. I didn’t like paying for everything extra. The free coffee was not very good. No continental breakfast and even had to pay to park! I will go elsewhere and I hope not all Hiltons are like this.
