Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Undobtly the personnel, very friendly.
Cons: The hotel is more than you can expect of a close to the airport hotel.
Location: We didn't had opportunity to explore the surroundings, except on Saturday night when we chouse one of several good restaurants close by.
Small hotel with nice facilities for travelers. We set up a three days meeting for a group of forty and everything went well. The hotel personnel was polity and courtious at all times.

Lovely hotel right by airport

Everything about this hotel was really nice; beautiful lobby, nice outdoor seating areas, restaurant with good healthy and kids options, very comfortable beds, friendly staff - plus reasonably priced and close to the airport!

Best hotel stay ever!

Pros: It is a long list......127 characters aren't enough.
Cons: Nope, nothing here.
Location: Seems like a very nice area. No worries. Clean and maintained. Lots places to eat and next to the highway for Disney or the space coast or the airport
The hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. Everything appears to be brand new or very well maintained. I can honestly say I really did not want to leave. The hotel is 100% smoke free and, as a former smoker, it makes a world of difference. The staff is genuinely friendly and great.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel for a trip where I would have meetings in their conference rooms. The heater didn't work on a night that it got down to the mid 30s. All I got comped for the cold night was the next morning's breakfast. We used their meeting rooms 4 days and were moved to a different room twice. One of the rooms we had to ask for extension cords as it was not ready for people with laptops. Somebody was duct taping the room next door which made it very hard to concentrate. You need to pay $12 per person per day for breakfast unless you make that reservation that comes with it. Since this was a business trip everything is expensed. After the first meal I ate there I asked that if I charged the meal to my room if I would get a line item of every item ordered on my checkout. Answer was yes, so I didn't wait for receipts expecting to get a line item list at the end. The list was a list of charges, but not itemized as I asked. That's an issue for me to expense. On the plus side, the wait staff is very friendly. Most of the food was good. Just make sure you use the salt and pepper.

Although I was happy to know that your overall stay was good and that my staff made you feel comfortable, I was disappointed to read that we failed to meet your expectations in some areas of your stay. I truly apologize that the room heater malfunctioned on one of the nights of your stay. I have spoken to my Engineering team to make sure we are following the necessary inspection procedures before any guest checks in. We make every effort to honor all requests from our guests, but we clearly disappointed you. I’m sorry that we failed to provide you with a line item receipt that you asked for. I have taken note and followed up with your concerns with my Front Office Manager and staff so that it does not happen again. Whether you are here for work or pleasure, I would really appreciate you giving us another opportunity as I would like you to experience the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport as one should.
