“An elegant home away from home.”

It was like being at home with every convience possible. It had everything necessary for any family. The neighbourhood was beautiful, location close to everything without being busy, and a perfect floor plan for 6 people. The pool area was sectioned off within the lanai for safety and relaxation. It was awesome!

It was great! The kids loved having their own rooms, the pool was steps out the door, we enjoyed the game room every day, enough space for everyone to have alone time. Only a couple of inconveniences, had trouble getting the key out of the key box and we had trouble trying to get the air conditioning set right (we were kind of chilly) Would definitely recommend this to staying in a hotel. I hope we get the chance to stay there again. (Only "complaint". . . we are used to a king bed, so the smaller bed was a little difficult to get used to.)

Dealing with this agency was the absolute best experience that we have ever had. if anyone wants a hassle free, good quality place to stay that is affordable then this is your place to stay, just look at the other reviews. Highly recommend staying with this agency over the others which all had many horror stoies or at least some. This agency made things easy and even upgraded us at no additional charge to a larger house with more options. Trust me I do my homework and these agencies all cost about the same amount, but this one was highly rated and now i know why first hand. Book them and you will see

“Fantastic Experience at a Great Price!”

This rental home exceeded my expectations. Beautiful large house close to Disney with plenty of amenities (heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table and air hockey). Just don't expect a lot of communication from the property managers. They will send you an e-mail explaining everything a few days prior to your visit, but virtually nothing prior to that. However, once you get there, you will be glad you did it. Fantastic place for the money, and close by to Disney and other attractions!

I was impressed with the Villa and the service...when I had a question about something DeAnna called me rigt back, she made my stay great. I also loved the fact it was a gated community and there was always security driving around.

Very nice house, modern, with a sympathic private swimming pool. Appropriated for a family and not far from the attractions (30 minutes to Magic Kingdom). Very quiet

My family and I had the best time ever at the villa we stayed in from Florida Vacation Villas - it was pure heaven having your own pool and such a gorgeous home too. We were about 10 minutes from the parks which was great for us with small children. I would stay here again for sure - Thank you

We could not have asked for a better spot to stay while on vacation. There was not 1 thing I could complain about even the other residents as well as guest were so fiendly and everyone is so considerate of everyone else and very helpful. This was a wonderful family experience for my husband and my 2 children and myself. I have been telling all of our family and friends what a wonderful place this is not only for families but our single friends as well would love the relaxing atmosphere.
