“Bring you own cookware...”
The hotel has some things, however you may want to bring teflon pans if you plan on cooking in your room.
“I travel to Orlando monthly. I will be staying at this hotel due to price and value.”
This is an extended stay hotel, so expect it to be such. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Everyrthing worked and staff was friendly. If you need any extras you need to ask.

“Not bad for the price”
The hotel room was nice and had a well equipped kitchen. My only complaint would be the complementary breakfast wasn't too good.
“Good hotel for the money you pay”
Our room was cozy but my husband did not like the bed. He said it was uncomfortable. They have a little fitness room and laundry room. Continental breakfast is serve until 9:00 AM. We liked it.

very poor/hard to locate, poor signage/rooms are very poor quality for the price/needs LOTS of maintanence
“Non-smoking room wreaked of smoke”
Hotel room was dirty, sheets were scratchy, and the room wreaked of smoke even though I requested non-smoking. Also you better check in before 11pm, otherwise you're out of luck. I almost had to sleep in my car, had to beg someone to let me in after hours.
“Do not recommend and would not stay there again!”
I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. They had our rservation at check in that is the only thing that was correct. They gave us a "non smoking" room, the minute you walked out of the elevator the odor of smoke was horrible. There was a group having a party and smoking across the hallway and we could hear and smell everything. We asked to be moved to another room and told the attendant about the group across the hall. The new room wasn't any better. The smoke order was really bad. By then, he had called the group having the party who denied smoking in the room but suddenly there was 15 people at the front of the hotel smoking. We went to a third room at 10:30pm!! And were warned that if we didn't like that room the attendant was leaving at 11pm and nothing else they could do. They do not monitor who smokes in the rooms so you gamble at this place and hopefully you will get a room where people have followed the rules and haven't smoked inside the room.
“Management not friendly”
The staff was rude, they tried to charge me for wireless internet which I declined to have switched on upon my arrival since I didn't even have a computer with me. They also tried to charge me for towels and housekeeping when they provided neither. There is no housekeeping in this hotel and you have to bring your towels downstairs yourself in order to get new ones. The facilities are ok for the price but the staff should not be working with customers.
“Rude Staff”
The staff was very rude. They lied several times during our stay, The room was dirty and smalled of cat urine. Apparently the pet charge is not used to cleaned and deoderize the room. This is the first and last time I will stay at this hotel chan. I would not recommend this hotel room to my worst enemy. They chsrge you for every little thing. The toilet seat would not stay on the toilet, The door locked broke so we could not leave until we found a hotel staff member to lock the door via a key. This wasn't always easy since the office wasn't always staffed and no one would answer the phone. I coukid write a book with all yhe bad experience with this hotel.
