Our stay was ok. As we walk down the halls to our room the sent of food from the other guest was overwhelming the halls and the walls are not sound proof.

Overall is a fair balance between price and quality. Frequent traveler with 80 nights in hotel per year. For my experience, hotel could be more clean. Small details: received two keys for the room but only one worked, invoice never received by email, extended stay membership not applied to the stay, even informing the staff; that's why not getting 4 or 5 stars.

Over booked and when I arrived they couldn’t accommodate me and said to find a different place to stay, a little phone call would of been nice before I made the trip to the hotel.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night and I got what I expected. I research all of the hotels and read reviews going back at least six months. This hotel was rated a high six. I think that's accurate. The Good: 1) Convenient location - Universal is just down the street, 2) There are multiple food options that you can walk to, 3) The room was relatively clean. The Not So Good: 1) There's a security deposit of $100 when you check in. It wasn't mentioned in any of the communication I received after I made the reservation. It wasn't a big deal but it might be for others. They should be upfront about it. 2) The walls are thin and there's a lot of noise that comes in from the street. I didn't have an issue with noisy neighbors. Everyone staying there was respectful of other people and there were four rooms on my floor that had pets so the potential was there. 3) It was nice having a kitchen but utensils, plates, pots, and a coffee maker were not included. I would have had to go up front and ask for them. Coffee makers come standard in most hotels. As do standard kitchen tools in suites that have a kitchenette.

There is no breakfast. They said that they have free breakfast but what they had, was few bars and instant coffee. The room was clean but highway smell like mariguana. Really bad place. I don’t recommended

A bit of an issue
The people were friendly and helpful. Though the room looks like it's seen some trouble, there was paint over some damaged things around the cabinets and the floors were dirty to the point it stained my bare feet after a shower. Don't know what gets done when rooms are cleaned but a regular mopping would a seriously important need given the wooden plank tiles. Oh and a side note is I know the smoke alarms and detectors are important but having one right above the bed that has a blinking red light at night isn't very conducive for trying to sleep.

Upon checking in no one was to be found. The employee did not show up for 10 minutes after standing there. Then upon entering the room the bathroom was terrible, there was mold all above the shower on the ceiling. Beds were comfortable but bathroom was unsanitary. Outside area had trash overflowing from the trash bins.

Roaches!
When we forst arrived there was no one to let us in to the main lobby for us to check in. It was around 11pm. After checking in we went to our room and it was musty but appeared clean. After a few minutes we were getting ready for bed and we saw a cockroach run across the bed. We immediately grabbe dour stuff and checked out not even an hour and a half later. Will never come back here

I got there at 2:30 am, no one at the front desk and the lobby doors were locked. Not great for a solo female traveler. They canceled my room despite my calling to tell them my flight was late. The desk person finally came and he was great (not his fault that the room was cancelled), got me a room for the same rate. However, the door lock was broken, new room had flooded and was being treated, third room finally worked. Elevator had sheets covering the walls for some reason. Once I got a room, it was clean, extremely big with a full kitchen. So kind of a mixed review. The staff on site was great but definitely had some issues with the rooms.

I loved how they cared about my family and I. When we went to our first room there was mold in it. They immediately swapped us rooms. They ended up giving us 2 rooms because all they had were rooms with one bed in them. I will come back here again. The rooms we ended switching too smelled extremely clean.

There was a strong smell as you walk in to the building. The carpet in the room also had a strong smell and the sofa bed was in really bad condition. The room was big and kitchen and bathroom were clean. If you going in a family vacation, this is not the hotel for you.

No estuvo bueno el hotel, no se lo recomiendo a nadie este lugar es muy malo un olor deplorable servicio es pésimo. Nos quedamos pensando que no iba a estar tan malo pero estuvo muy malo, no vallan a este hotel. En la descripción decía buffet gratis y le pregunté al señor de enfrente y me dijo que lo que servían unas galletitas café o té
