“Quiet and close to Convention Center”

I liked this place very very much becasue of the kitchen area--a full size refridegerator/w ice in freezer, a toaster, microwave, and sink, eating/cooking utensils already provided. This is definetly the best place to stay for a few days or long term, and the convention center is a walk away, and public transit right at the corner. I especially appreciated the kind helpfulness of the hotel desk. They called me a taxi to pick me up at the con center later the same day I checked out. The sidewalk was in construction heading east, but you can walk through neighboring parking lots to get to a restaurant or gas station/mini mart less than a mile away. The hotel is clean, quiet, and great for the convention location. If I go to Orlando next year for the same event, I will definetly want to stay here again no doubt. In regards to room service (food), laundry or exercise room, I have no input as I did not require these services my 3 nights there.

“great for business”

After reading the Expedia reviews the hotel was everything I expected. I didn't mind not having my room cleaned every day for the lower rate. The kitchen was handy and clean. Cooking and eating service for one person included in the cabinets. Less than 1/4 mile walk over a bridge to the West Convention Center building. Handy. Convenience store and coffee shop close by.

“Wish we had stayed longer”

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and wanted to do it as cheap as we could. It was surpising that we found a hotel with a kitchenette that was so well located-on the backside of I-drive, down the street from Sea World, and close to Universal and Disney. When we got there everyone was very nice and let us know about the free shuttles to the parks. Most rooms we have experience with are musty, uncomfortable, and something is usually broken. Extended Stay was NOTHING like that. The room was like a studio apartment;decent size kitchen, bath, and living space; the bed was comfortable. There are also a few supermarkets within 1-3 miles (inlcuding a Walmart and Kmart) so any incidentals that one may forget can be found fairly easily as well as groceries for your stay.
