“Enjoyed our stay and would go back again.”
Hotel room was very clean. Really enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast each day, Eddie the breakfast chef made us laugh every morning. The pool area was always clean, free happy hour every afternoon was great! Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Not fond of the newly instituted wrist band system, but I am sure it was needed to eliminate unregistered guests. Hotel is located within easy driving distance to Orlando attractions. We will be back on our next visit.

HOTEL WAS PERFECT! EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! WONDERFUL AND FILLING BREAKFAST! AWESOME HAPPY HOUR! GREAT POOL! VERY CLEAN AND NICE. COULDN'T BE BETTER! CLOSE TOO DISNEY AND SEAWORLD. VERY EASY TO GET AROUND!

Everything about this hotel was awesome! Check in was simple and fast, Staff was very friendly, pool & hot tub area was clean, room was clean...everything was great. We always rent a car so we didn't run into any problems with shuttles - you should always expect delays with any kind of transportation that is free! Breakfast was even more than I expected. The omelette's were great but they also had toast, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, dry cereal, yogurt and everything you could imagine to drink. Wonderful breakfast when you are heading out for a long day at Disney. Everyday the maid was there with fresh towels, bedding and cleaned the room. That was very nice! The set up of the room was very convenient. The living room the couch pulled out for the kids, then the bedroom also had it's own sink area. That was very nice when you have 4 people getting ready! The Manager's 2 hour special was very nice as well, although we only made it 2 times on our 7 day stay. I have learned that when you stay at hotels don't expect the world and you will be very happy with your stay. There will always be some type of let down - but these people really work very hard to make sure your stay there is excellent! My family and I will stay here every time we go back to Disney. The location was excellent as well! (My Husband, myself and 2 little kids stayed here while we visited Disney Parks and also day trips to the ocean in early January.)

“Very Impressed”
I was extremely happy with our stay. The hotel room was in order and clean. We checked in around 2:00pm and checkin was not supposed to be until 4pm. But we were allowed to check into our room earlier. The housekeeper cleaned our room everyday during our 4 day stay and everything was always stocked; loved the single coffee maker!! From 5-7pm every evening was free cocktails and beer. We made sure we were back to the hotel everyday for those. It was very good and no limits during those 2 hours. They also had snacks available at that time. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of different foods. For adults and children. We loved our stay there and would definetly stay there again. I would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the hotel stay. Very clean and prompt service. Breakfast is the best..Manager reception is good. Pool is clean and nice and Jacquizi is nice to relax after a long day of walk. Shuttle to theme parks is OK but would love to see more shuttles. But they leave park right on time so if you miss I recommend taking LYNX bus # 50 which stops right at the hotel corner..recommend renting a car to go around as you have free parking..One recommendation is to change the time of last shuttle from magic kingdom. The shuttle departs at 10:45 and fireworks end at 10:15 leaving little time to catch shuttle. Overall very nice hotel. no real complaints..

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The morning breakfast was great, Ed is 1 of the cooks and he had a great personality. The evening cocktail reception was a great way to cool off after being at WDW. I would go back today if I could.
