“comfortable beds”
The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. You can't ask more from an overnight stay.
“Would go back in a heartbeat!”
This hotel was excellent in so many ways. The location was so convenient to everything, so close to I4, Universal Studios, Sea World, even across the street from Ripley's. They had complimentary cooked to order/buffet breakfast which we took advantage of every day. The quality and variety of the food was VERY good, and when we ordered room service, the food/presentation was even better. The complimentary cocktail service each nite was also a treat after walking the theme parks all day. The suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron, and hair-dryer. Bed was comfortable, and sofa bed was, well a sofa bed. The kids didn't seem to complain though because they had their own tv and we could close the doors between the two rooms for privacy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, although we had one incident where housekeeping accidentally threw away our daughter's asthma medicine thinking it was garbage. There was a Walgreens on the corner and they offered to reimburse us to get a refill on the prescription. We've been to Orlando several times and this was the best place we've stayed yet.
“Pleasant retreat”
Just a nice place at the end of a long week where things that were supposed to work did, places that were supposed to be quiet were quiet, and things that were amenities actually were nice! Great wi-fi and breakfast.

“Disney/Universal Large Family”
This was a great location to get to both Disney and Universal. We have a family of 6 and Embassy Suites never fails to have enough room with a great full breakfast. Pool area was also nice. Definitely would go back to this hotel.

We stayed in an Embassy hotel in Miami in Juli and liked it very much. Therefor it wasn't difficult to make the choice for an Embassy in Orlando for our trip in November. I would recommend everybody this hotel.It's very comfortable, clean, service is top of the line and what I like most is the checking out system. Way to go , no hassle at the end of your trip. It's buffet breakfast is also very good. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to the States again but in Embassy suites. Thanks again for your good service. Stella Rasmijn, Aruba

“Home away from Home!”
We loved this hotel. It was clean, great breakfast and a wonderful ambiance for relaxing, swimming, working out or having a beverage at the lounge. It was a 20 min. drive to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Everyone was very helpful and friendly who worked at the hotel. We would definately book this hotel again and would certainly recommend it to others and have already!!!
“Always try to stay at Embassy Suites”
Good short trip. They have changed the once easy access of breakfast self serve to a cafeteria-like line and order which is not so great. Gave us extended check-out which was very helpful. Gave us poor directions to nearest sushi restaurant turned out to be a 2 mile walk.
“Great value and location”
Despite the age of the hotel, this was a very good deal. The room was clean and large. The bathroom was small and for a suite should have been larger. The living room was noisy, however, the bedroom was very quiet. We were a trade show and the hotel is 1 mile from the convention center. There are also many restaurants within a short drive or walk. The breakfast(free) was a plus nas well.
