“Realy nice place”
I spend in this hotel 5 days on budget travel to Orlando.Hotel is clean and very well maintain.Staff(reception and maintenance)is very friendly and profesional and willing to help in any sytuation.General Manager of the hotel in particular is extremely nice person.The only minus at the time of my travel was that they did not have contract (yet) with shuttle service from the airport and taxi costs approx.$60.But gues what!?-when I made complain about it,manager offered me a ride and she drop me to the airport herself!!!!!! I will definitely go back to this hotel in the future and I recomend it to all budget travelers.
“great room for the price”
the room was good. it wasn't 5 star but for the price it was very nice . the maid came everyday and was very nice. the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They even have the pool comming soon. Definately going to use it next time we are back.
“Will be back again”
I would stay there again. Check -In was quick and easy, front desk staff was very pleasant. They had convienent free shuttles to the parks. Even to Universal, most hotels only have disney. Great Neighborhood, alot of restaurants and activities nearby. Old Town is perfect for late evening walk. Room was clean, I had no issues. It was a great place to crash after long days at the park. Actually, It was very good deal for the budget price.

“Its Ok”
I really liked the location it is very close to restaurants, and stores it is also at just minutes from Walt Disney Parks. The only observation is with the cleaning issue. I found hair and lost of dust in the bathroom floor and I don`t think the carpets where vaccumed very often.
“For the money”
Stayed overnight with my wife and my 11 and 15 year old sons. I was a little worried due to some of the other reviews, but decided to book anyway so I could save some money. The room was clean, there were NO roaches that I could find (and I looked for them), the bathroom was clean and the shower-head was not rusted. We needed some more toiletries, and they were quickly provided and more than we needed. I did have to ask for a hair drier, since there was none at the room, but no fuss given and got one right away. The remote needed a $5 deposit, refunded when the remote was returned. There was no swimming pool, but there was some construction and we were told that the pool was being built. The desk attendant suggested to use the pool of the hotel next door, but warned us that if we were caught we could be removed from their premises. We saw some people actually do that an go next door to swim. The Hotel was very close to several buffets, restaurants, outlets and gift shops, actually within walking distance; we felt foolish when we drove to a nearby restaurant and we could see our room clearly. I did see some guests that were drinking on the hallway, but once we closed our door they couldn't be heard, and did not stay on the hallway for long. A quick survey of the family revealed that they would not mind staying in the same place, even if it had no pool, we came to Orlando for the attractions, not to use the pool at the hotel. For the money it is a great value.

Great hotel for the price, location is great for those visiting Disney/Seaworld. Everything you need close by. The only problem I had was with the tv not coming in, but the front desk sent somebody right up and it was a bad cable wire that they replaced right away. If you're looking for a place to sleep and shower this is it, why over pay?

it's good. The breakfast is simple, but ok! Staff is helpful!

This hotel did not have a lot of thrills, but it was clean, the staff was great and for the overall price, we would stay here again.
