Staff was pleasant. Room was out dated and dirty. One of rhe beds had sand or dirt. The wall was very dusty aa if it had not been wiped down in months.

The place isn’t the best, but they need to me more clean when it comes to the rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. Pool chairs were super rusty time to get some new ones, pool was ok. Rooms are spacious, but like I mentioned perhaps try repainting the bathroom and cleaning and dusting things off.

Breakfast was poorly maintained and marginal. Check in required a photo ID for both of us, no other property required that, and she was out in the car, requiring a trip to get that.

Our room was right next to a bar that played music loudly all night. It wasn't too much of a bother for us, but be prepared for that if it's something you might find impossible to sleep through. The bathroom in our hotel unit was a bit shabby with an awkward patch in the bottom of the shower that felt thin and ready to crack. We were only there to sleep and shower, though, so our room did what it needed to do, and the price we got was really good so the convenient cost trumps the minor awkwardness and condition of the room. I'd suggest earplugs, for certain. Not a terrible stay, but temper your expectations to the cost.

Found roaches running around and the bathroom had no light working. The tub itself is peeling all around and the bath mat felt like it was covering a hole in the middle.

Ok for just sleeping the night but the sheets were stained, found a few hairballs in the sheets as well and bathroom wall was dirty. Mattress was a little uncomfortable but overall ok. Needs to be revamped, room didnt look like the picture

We checked in quite late, was yelled at because we didnt know every person staying had to turn in a drivers license. I went to check in & was screamed at that my husband needed to check in as well. BREAKFAST was a joke, there was a weird smell in the room

NO towels - couldn't even take a shower! When I complained to Belki she REFUSED to give me towels and also REFUSED to take identifying info of a psychopath guest threatening to punch my 5 yr old daughter in the face, and then threatening to punch my 10 yr old son in the face, and then threatening to punch me in the face. AND, then threatened to shoot my 10 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter in the face - and THEN threatened to shoot me, too. Worst crap hole ever.

Walking into the room for the first time, we were hit by a very pungent odor. Could not determine what it was from. During the stay, noticed that the sink had no plug and there was a stale type of smell coming from it when the water was run. Also noted that the shower base had a piece of plastic/runner material glued to it. When stepping in it, it felt like there was a major defect on the shower flooring that was being covered up. One could hear the squelching of water underneath. That may have been the source of the odor in the room. Breakfast was simple but there was no selection of fruit or juice. Overall, it served the purpose but a bit more care of the amenities would go a long way.

The sheet for the main bed was stained with what looked like pee and poop. The pull out bed had a mattress that had rips and stains as well. And there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. The other quests were very rude and noisy, and at one point the police were called because of a fight that broke out in front of my room. Turns out the fight was because of a bad drug deal and other things. I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons and many others to anyone, especially a family with kids. I’m a single mom who was looking for a cheaper place to stay during our visit, but I quickly regretted picking this hotel.

El lugar quedaba bastante cerca de todo lo que fui a visitar y de la familia, por eso lo seleccionamos. Pero no volveria, las toallas se veian sucias, el edificio necesita mantenimiento, en la noche no se veia muy seguro, incluso otro huesped tuvo problemas con su vehiculo. En el dasayuno solo cereal, pan, waffles y cafe.

We felt very unsafe at this hotel with multiple noisy people playing loud music, arguing etc on the parking lot all night. We did not see any security staff checking regulary and dared not to complain. Also the room was below acceptable even for a 1 star rated facility.
