“Good Hotel, Good Staff”

During our trip there were busloads of student musicians doing a concert at Disney, so during two days there were only two elevators working which made for a few minutes wait time. Other than that, the staff was great and the food at the hotel was good!

“Comfortable and Inviting”

I arrived late in the evening and check-in was quick and convenient. Fresh baked cookies presented a comforting welcome. Breakfast buffett was rather expensive ($16); otherwise I had a great stay.

“Nice hotel but bad location”

I got this hotel through expedia packages. The hotel itself could be rated for 3.5* but its location is really not unless you're a business traveler and the business you're visiting is next to the hotel. The main issue is there is a train that passes not far away and it sounds the horn as it passes a crossing at all time of the day (including at 2am). Cons: Noise from the train, Surcharge for parking $15. Not much other restaurants around. Pros: Good value, Extremely comfortable bedding. Friendly staff.

“GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH”

The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient and they made up for the hotel's multiple shortcomings-- outdated design (carpets, curtains), broken equipments (aircon panel, electrical outlets/switches) and inconvenient and expensive parking (it would greatly help if the garage elevator opens to the lobby and we would not have to go in and out of the main entrance everytime).. The best things about the hotel? the yummy cookie at the front desk... I got a very good deal on my booking and so i got my money's worth.. But had I paid the regular price, I would feel shortchanged.

“sleepless in orlando”

Everyone needs to understand that a railroad runs adjacent to this property. You will wake up several times a night. The two days I stayed there it was the common breakfast conversation in the restaurant. This is truly significant to all travelers who want a uninterrupted nights sleep.

“Rather have stayed in a motel 6”

Was here for New Year's Eve and Bowl Game. Prices were more than twice normal during this period. Bad service from the beginning. Valet directed me to an area, then ignored us while serving guests who were just arriving! Housekeeping was worse than the cheapest budget hotel - large trash bags lying around, pizza boxes - stayed in hallways for two days!! Obviously these were the product of housekeeping activities - horrible service. Given the lack of housekeeping service, kept running out of towels and having to call for them to be sent up - usually took at least 30 minutes to get them to me. Went to every floor in the hotel to fulfill my diet coke addiction. All of the machines were completely empty - remember this was a big hotel weekend in Orlando - should have been stocked. Called front desk and was directed to hotel bar (room service was closed!!!). Hotel bar wanted $5 to hand me a 12 oz can of diet coke. Thats right, $5. Even Disney World only wanted $2.50 for a 24oz drink. I wonder if this was a staff member lining pockets. I called the front desk about it.... they agreed to make a note for the manager, yet nobody called me to apologize or explain why there were scheming to really rip off the customer. Enough is enough. I hate being ripped off and you should too. Just say no to the horrible staff and management at this hotel.

“Check hotel activity before you book a room”

The Hotel give us a room that was among a group that was having a wedding. There was a lot of commotion between the rooms and a lot of activity from the time we check in at 2:30 until about 1:30Am before it got quit enough to sleep. We asked for another room that might not be right in the middle of these people having a wedding. But at 2:45PM they had no other rooms that we could switch to. They were not concern about it. It's a 13 story building, U don't have another room that we could switch too in the whole building at only 2:30PM....... By the way check in starts at 3:00PM.

“Not impressed”

Train goes by the back of hotel at all hours waking you up... Rooms with stained carpets/ walls.. smell musty. Asked to have our room changed four times before we were able to move to another room. Valets were very careless, driving at high speeds (where people were walking by) and not careful with the vehicles. Best thing about the hotel is the location.

“Not Impressed”

I was very much disappointed with their service. The room didn't even have a microwave oven. We got to know that we would be charged $10 per night if we request for one which I felt was totally unacceptable. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The people in the reception were not polite as well.
