I reserved a deluxe king bed suite. We got to our room way at the back of the property to find a double bed and the bathroom drain clogged. Totally disappointed. We are only staying one night and have a toddler so not bothered to go back to reception.

Moldy and moist rooms my son got really sick from it ruined the vacation. I had to leave early and go to a different hotel

Stayed in the tower. Spent a little extra to get a suite. The room was disgusting. Dead and live roaches were seen. Had to call multiple times almost every day to get the room cleaned. Even then, the cleaning was subpar. The dining table was not wiped down and we used it for dining multiple nights. Fumigation services should have been placed into effect immediately me reporting the dead roach to housekeeping. There is a microwave adjacent to the bed. There must be a better and more hygienic place for it. (We never used it or opened it for the record- too scared to!) Overall, disappointing vacation to say the least!!! Do not recommend.

I really liked the staff. Also the breakfast was very good. I feel like the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, such as the floors, sheets and pillowcases. Overall it was a pretty nice stay.

The photos on Expedia do not match the actual room. Don’t expect that tub, it’s just a basic tub/shower combo. Add on fees aren’t fun, but we found value in the amenities offered. The breakfast is wonderful, especially the omelette station. Loved that it was pet friendly! Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Walk to Sea World was a huge plus for our family.

Room 1745 all night yelling and argueing in walkway, kids running up and down walkway and stairs. People smoking weed and doing drugs in walkway. Felt like a scene from boyz in da hood. I called front desk 3 times, no answer. No security around.

Not nearly enough convenient parking for the amount of rooms at this property. In room phone doesn’t work. Oh and it’s a $30 parking fee.. to park a mile from your room.

Parking was terrible. 30 dollars and you had to park a mile away. In addition i dont like to unload my bags at check in and then have to reload because the room is off site.

Me and my wife came for our 33 anniversary celebration and this was our 3rd time visiting this property and we love Alberto Alex Ingrid Pilar and the F 13 team so much they were incredible people and service was amazing each day we were there the facility was wonderful kept our hearts are full and blessed because of all that we received thank you so much and keep up the great work and GOD bless each and everyone of you guys we will be back next march for St Patrick day week much appreciated

This property is very old and dated. The carpet in furniture are old and dirty. I had a link in my room, so half of the floor was wet and they put towels down. That was a great solution. it looks like they bought out in motel eight and put Doubletree stamp on it without doing any upgrades it’s just an awful property. I felt disgusted and I would never stay there or recommend this place.

I stay on the tower, 4th floor and was pretty quite, my favorite part was the A/C on the room. My family love the place, clean and quiet people are nice and we feel welcomed. This place it’s huge and I consider this place for another stay. My only concern is about the breakfast, a little miscommunication. You need a voucher from the front desk don’t forget to ask for them when you arrive to check in. The next morning walk to look for the breakfast but the waiter tell us nicely where to get the vouchers. Good price, good location and nice staff,

I had paid for a king room and was given a 2 queen beds. I was never told that at check in and my Husband I just got married and wanted a king room. We had to be on wait forever and I was disappointed I had to sleep on a smaller bed then what I paid for.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely grounds and great place for families with many places to relax around the property, including a mini golf course, billiards tables, ping pong table and other games. The place is showing signs of age and some need of repair in places. Parking seems a little expensive and possibly unnecessary, considering many hotels in the this area do not charge for parking and considering the resort fee also added on. SeaWorld is within walking distance so perhaps this why. I still think they could at least charge less for hotel guests. Only one hot tub for two pools and a very large hotel property, which seemed odd, especially since the hot tub was at the family pool instead of the adult only pool. It was always quite full. Very relaxed atmosphere along with keeping the pool open until quite late and wonderful staff made for a great stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree SeaWorld and would definitely recommend it.

The villa rooms are very old and need to be redone they look nothing like the picture. When we got into the room there was limited lighting so it was really dark and the furniture and walls looked gloomy. Our shower didn’t look very clean and the sink was clogged so it kept overflowing with water everytime we used it. The beds are super uncomfortable they feel like an air mattress and make sure you bring your own pillow because they are the size of a kids pillow. Other than that the rest of the property was good and the breakfast was excellent.

The property was was lit at night. Parking was difficult at night we had to park far from our room because a school bus was taking up about 10 spots right outside our room. The bathroom/shower was small and the shower flooded the floor because of the way the door and wall were. It was a nice distance from Disney which was what we wanted. The only real issue was the place was crowded because of some kind of “school” things going on around the area. Lots of kids, lots of buses, lots of people.

The pictures online look great! We had a great check in. Very impressed. When we drove around to our room. It all went downhill. Once I found a place to park….almost 2 buildings away, I didn’t want to get out of the car. At least it was gated and with security. Walking to our room it was dirty. Once we got in the room, it seemed ok at first. Then I started noticing how bad it was. We had a couple of small insects flying around. It’s Florida. No biggie. Property was slightly dated but that’s expected for an older vacation hotel around Orlando. I was a little thrown off staying in our ground level unit that had motel vibes but the room was clean and no real complaints. The free breakfast quality is much better than the competition that I’ve stayed in and for that reason mixed with the amenities I would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. I rated this property "good". I would have rated it excellent, but I didn't because of housekeeping. The housekeeping was good when it came, but they usually forgot one or two things and the service was very inconsistent. The day that my wife needed them to be consistent, ended up with her being out of the room for several hours because they skipped the room and it took some time to resolve.
