I liked how clean this hotel was and how close to everything it is. There’s a shuttle to Universal Studios which is great. You book in lobby. Takes you there and back. Check in process was simple, they give out warm chocolate chip cookies. There’s a restaurant/bar in lobby, food is just okay for how expensive it is. There’s a Starbucks, pizza place (forget name) and another restaurant as well on property. They will try to have you attend and purchase a special for which they give you Hilton reward points. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We understand that you had an observation about the pricing and be assured we regularly review our food offerings to ensure good value. As for the Hilton reward points, we regret to know you found this less than ideal. Nevertheless, knowing you would recommend us and chose to stay again makes us extremely happy. Your basic no frills hotel. Convenient location, but to say it's across the street from universal is a bit of a stretch. It is across from the entrance, but it's about a 15 min walk to city walk and a 20 mins walk to the parks. The condition of the bathrooms were pretty terrible. But otherwise a decent stay and friendly and helpful staff. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. All in all, I'd stay again. But nothing to write home about.

The room was dirty the towels had stains the hair dryer didn’t work check out is 11 but housekeeping started to knock at 8 am than when I was in bathroom just came in the staff doesn’t speak English and front desk just only apologized

I didn’t like the parking. I stayed for 2 days and they charged me $123 dollars. Just parked at night and leaving each day by 7am. More expensive than Manhattan New York 😞😒

Overall the property is very nice. The beds were super comfortable. I have a lot of sleeping issues and can hardly ever get comfortable, but I had no issues at all. It was wonderful. Walking distance to the parks. The only downside is that you have to pay $31 for parking per each day that you are at the property. Other than that it is a great property and I plan on staying here again next time I go to Universal.

My check in was horrible. The front desk young lady displayed discriminatory actions towards me and very rude. However, I spoke with the manager, Cathy, who was extremely accommodating and professional and made my stay enjoyable.

Pool is overcrowded and freezing cold, hot tub Luke warm. Beds were comfortable enough but blankets looked dirty. Drawers were sticky had to wash them all down, refrigerator still had stuff in it, first two nights had no hot water for a shower and then only scorching hot the rest of the stay. Door to room stuck shut and had to yank on it to open. Didn’t realize there was a parking fee of 31 dollars a day and have to buzz in and out but the key wouldn’t work ever so would have to wait to call to let us out. Honestly wasn’t worth the money.
