Property Amenities
The refined Disney's Yacht Club Resort, which is reminiscent of the New England yacht clubs of yesteryear, shares many of its recreational facilities with its adjacent companion property, Disney's Beach Club Resort. The centerpiece of both resorts is the three-acre lakeside water park Stormalong Bay, which has water slides, a children's pool, and a white-sand beach as well as seven spa tubs and two quiet pools. The resort also offers nightly bedtime stories, a game room, playground, and the Sandcastle Club, which provides on-site children's activities (surcharge). The Ship Shape Health Club has exercise equipment and also offers massages and facials. And guests can rent pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats at the marina (surcharge).
The resort has 73,000 square feet of flexible function space, three ballrooms, a business center, audio/video equipment and support, and event-catering services. Complimentary wireless Internet access. In addition, the resort offers complimentary ferry service to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios™, and complimentary, scheduled motorcoach transportation to other areas in Walt Disney World® Resort, including the two other theme parks, both water parks, and the Downtown Disney® area.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.

This Lake Buena Vista resort has 621 guestrooms, all with décor inspired by New England yacht clubs at the turn of the 20th century. Rooms have furnished balconies or patios with views of the resort's parking area, garden, pool, or lake. Design details include headboards in the shape of a ship's wheel and other nautical accents.
All guestrooms provide tables and chairs, ceiling fans, coffeemakers, and refrigerators. Complimentary wireless Internet access is also available. Microwaves are available upon request (limited supply, surcharge).
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.
Dining
Yachtsman's Steakhouse - This New England–themed restaurant serves dinner only, with dishes that include aged cuts of grain-fed beef, chops, poultry, and seafood, all cooked on an oak-fired grill. Priority seating is recommended.
Captain's Grill - Open for breakfast (a buffet) and lunch, this restaurant offers specialties including beef, chicken, and pasta dishes.
Crew's Cup Lounge - The lounge serves beers and ales from around the world.
Hurricane Hanna's Grill - Guests enjoy poolside dining with drinks, sandwiches, burgers, and snacks.
Recreation
Disney's Yacht Club Resort shares its recreational facilities with its adjacent companion property, Disney's Beach Club Resort. The centerpiece of both resorts is the three-acre water park Stormalong Bay, located on 25-acre Crescent Lake. Stormalong Bay includes water slides, seven spa tubs, two quiet pools, a children's pool, and a white-sand beach. The resort also has a game room, playground, and the Sandcastle Club, which provides on-site supervised activities daily (surcharge). The Ship Shape Health Club has Nautilus and Hammer Strength exercise machines and free weights, a steam room, and a sauna; massages and facials are also available (surcharge for both). Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats are available for rent at the resort marina. Guests can also fish (catch and release); play tennis, croquet, or volleyball; and jog or walk along a 0.8-mile jogging trail that circles the lake.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and 36-hole Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course are both one mile from the resort via complimentary transportation. The resort's guest services can assist with reservations at any one of Disney's five tour-caliber golf courses, all located on Walt Disney World® Resort property. A nine-hole walking course is also available.

“Beautiful”
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would stay here again.
“The Yacht Club is wonderful!”
This is my second time staying at this hotel (the first time was over 10 years ago!) and it is even better than I remembered. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was amazing (one of the best reasons to stay here), the rooms were comfortable and very nice, and the staff was terrific. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Plus, it is so conveniently located, you can walk to Epcot, take a ferryboat to MGM, or walk to the Boardwalk. Just awesome!

“Outstanding as usual”
Just back from 3 nights at the Yacht Club. We have been staying here for 10 years and would not dream of staying anywhere else. Service is 5 star. The rooms are showing there age a bit - bathrooms especially are due for re-do. But overall, fantastic.
“Magical Resort in a magical place”
Our hotel was beautiful and the customer service was out of this world! Took our almost 3 yr. old and 16 mo. old, and the staff was so helpful and friendly to them. We can't wait to go back!!!
“SHIPSHAPE AT THE YACHT CLUB!”
What can be said negative about this place??Nothing !.. First class surroundings along with impressive accomodations.Check in was flawless.Pool is the best in all of Disney.My teenagers stayed all day at the pool. Club level is the way to go with concierge at your fingertips and all the beverages and snacks to keep you always content. Rooms all neat and clean.Grounds always maintained.I've stayed at all of Disney rsorts and this one ,because of all the intangibles is the best!Get on board and stay at the Yacht Club , it is worth it!
“Disney's Yacht Club”
Room rate was very expensive for a standard room but the pool area and proximity (short walk) to Epcot was great. Transportation via ferry also very convenient. The $15 charge per 24 hours of internet is ridiculous considering the price of the room and it wasn't even wireless. Overall enjoyable but we expected to pay more for location and comfort.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the Yacht Club. It was so close to Epcot, the boardwalk and Hollywood studios. The accomodations were great as well. There is a quiet pool if you want some peace and quiet while relaxing and then there is the main pool that looked like a lot of fun for the kids. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful with whatever you needed. We would also recommend the concierge floor if you want to splurge. The food and ammenities that provided were fantastic. The next time we go to Disney we will definitely stay at the Yacht Club again!
“Will return”
Stayed at other Disney hotels in past. This one is one surely not to miss. Great location, excellent service, several restaurants...you name it, it has it.
