“Awesome vacation!”

The Polynesian Resort was very nice. We stayed two nights in the Hawaiian and loved it. It has a convenient monorail and boat service and a great view of Magic Kingdom. Watched the fireworks both nights on the beach. Everything was clean and nice. Loved the beach entry pool, waterfall and slide. Great for kids and adults alike. The concierge service and lounge were great as well. Went to the luau the first night we stayed and the food, service, and show were excellent. I sound like a Disney commercial but everything truly was excellent. Our two girls (3 yrs and 6 yrs loved it too). We didn't want to leave. The room was spotless and filled with amenities (including lots of towels). We highly recommend the hotel and will be going back to stay there our next trip to Disney.

“Polynesian is perfect!”

We have stayed at most every Disney resort, some more than once. The Polynesian has plusses and a couple of minuses. The minuses: the rooms can seem dark due to the decor and lighting, and the some of the various buildings that house rooms are quite a distance from the Great Ceremonial House, or main resort building. Now - the positives: transportation is great, especially if your building is close to the pathway that leads to the Transportation and Ticket Center - plus the monorail runs through the hotel. The rooms are super-large by Disney standards. The restaurants are good, and the proximity to Grand Floridian and Contemporary make all their restaurants just as convenient. If you are going to spend much time at Magic Kingdom, you can't do better than the Poly.

“Enjoyed every minute!”

We have stayed at several Disney properties and continue to enjoy those on the monorail. The Polynesian was an oasis during our fun trip. It was quite and tropical with excellent service and amenities. I highly recommend the Polynesian hotel.

The hotel was great. Everything we'd thought it'd be and more! If we ever go back, we are staying there. It was awesome!

“Poly”

Great hotel with Great service and huge rooms. Only concern is how far our room was from the main ceremonial house. A bit of a hike getting back to the central lobby.

“One the best Disney hotels we have stayed in!”

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean, checkin was fast, the onsite pools were awesome. The food onsite was great. We even left something in the room and it was mailed to us without us even having to call the hotel.

“We will definately go back to the Polynesian”

Great hotel and good location for transportation to all the parks. Excellent pool and water slide for the children. Perfect location for viewing the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Unfortunately we were not being able to get reservations at the dinner show or other restaurants of our choice. Make sure you book 90 days in advance to avoid dissapointment.

“An amazing hotel”

I have travelled all over the globe and stayed at many different hotels and resorts and I'd have to say Disney's Polynesian Resort is by far the best. From the moment we arrived it was as though we had travelled to the Polynesian and not central Florida. From the lush green surroundings to watching the fireworks going on at Magic Kingdom from across the 7 Seas Lagoon while sitting on the beach at the hotel, this was an amazing trip. The hotel itself was all around worth the money. It was so convenient being situated in the heart of Walt Disney World. You have access to the Monorail system and other forms of Disney Transportation, like the ferry. I loved our room. The beds were so comfortable and the decoration was so beautiful. Plasma TV and all marble washroom made the room all that much better. We had our own private balcony that over looked the pool. Capt. Cooks quick service food joint is delicious and great for breakfast lunch and dinner. We went for Breakfast and Dinner at the Ohana, loved it. For Breakfast we were greeted by Lilo and Stitch along with Mickey, and Pluto. For dinner we stuffed our face with dumplings while we were able to watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. Both meals were 'family' style buffet. This means they serve you as much as you want. We also dined at the Kona Cafe for dinner and it was yum-yum-yummy! Amazing Hawaiian bread and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend Disney's Polynesian Hotel to anyone looking for a magical stay.
