“I'd stay here every time I went to Disney”
Very nice place to stay, but the only complaint is the wait time for the theme park buses. They were a bit slow and you have to share them with 2 other resorts. Other than that it was wonderful!
“Disney's Best Hotel”
The online tour does not give this property its due.....The Grand Floridian brought elegance to Disney World. My advice to all is to go and see for yourself!!!
“Great Disney Experience”
This hotel was beautiful and elegant and yet you still feel comfortable with small children. It was very convenient for going to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The pools were great. The hotel staff was wonderful!! We have a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old and when we got home they cried because they wanted to go back to their "white house".
“Lovely Hotel!”
The Grand Floridian is the best Disney hotel I've been in. Concierge service was excellent. Food was delectable, although a tad high in price. Our chambermaid service was not as good on the weekend. Coffee mugs, normally by the coffee maker, were missing when we looked on Sunday morning. A problem with the bathroom door knob that I reported to the chambermaid didn't get any action.
“Beautiful resort. Loved it!”
We are a young couple but still got into to magic of this place, a fantastic hotel!
“Perfect”
This hotel is amazing. The lobby is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The rooms were nice and the views were unbelievable. Every single person who works there is able to help you and make you feel comfortable. The monorail system makes things that much easier when traveling to the parks. Some people say they wouldn't stay at a hotel without a monorail but I think the bus system at Disney resorts works just as well. The restaurants in the hotel have great food. I have absolutely no complaints.
“Grand Floridian Says it All”
Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. 24 hour pool is a great option--especially after park magic hours. Southern charm and hospitality.
“Disney Princess Trip”
Nobody does customer satisfaction and service better than Disney. Employees can't do enough for you, and make you truly believe that they are happy to make you happy !!
“BEST DISNEY VACATION”
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, THE GRAND FLORIDIAN WAS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT, CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK. JUST ONE LITTLE PROBLEM, WE DIDN'T GET THE ROOM WE HAD BOOKED FOR. BUT OTHERWISE, THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING
“Great time”
Great hotel, Convienent for all Disney and Orlando activities.
