Property Amenities
With rooms spread out through six, colorful, two-story buildings, the heartbeat of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is Old Port Royale, located near the center. Stone walls, pirates' cannons, and tropical birds and flowers create a Caribbean atmosphere where guests can shop or use the game room, lounge, food court, Shutter's restaurant, or the swimming pool with water slides. Room service (pizza and sandwich delivery) is offered from late afternoon until midnight.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort offers 2,112 guestrooms, all decorated with light-wood furniture and island prints, potted plants, and breezy curtains. Rooms offer various views and are air-conditioned. All have telephones with voice mail, refrigerators, and coffeemakers.
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.
Dining
Shutters - This casual, table-service restaurant features Caribbean-inspired specialties and tropical drinks such as tangerine margaritas and mango mojitos. Entrées range from an all-American prime rib to oven-roasted jerk chicken and teriyaki-marinated tofu stir-fry. Desserts include a French-toast bread pudding with caramelized roasted bananas and coconut ice cream. Dinner only.
Market Street Food Court - Perfect for families, this food court features four counter-service windows with everything from burgers and subs to cinnamon buns. The spacious dining room seats 500, and an outdoor patio is available. A Grab-N-Go Market is also available at this dining location.
Banana Cabana - This poolside bar, which is open most of the day, features frozen specialty drinks and other alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Light snacks are available.
Recreation
Many recreational activities are available at the Walt Disney World® Resort, including five PGA-caliber golf courses, two water parks, horseback riding, boating, and fishing. Bikes can be rented at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and the resort marina rents small sailboats, pontoon boats, canoes, and other watercraft.

“Great experience, wish I was still there”
The whole family had a great stay.

This property is incredible! It is large but getting around is not a problem. Very tropical setting. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The rooms and the grounds were spotless, even after a storm clean-up began almost immediately. The food court serves great food, nothing fancy, but the prices are reasonable. Pools are all excellent. Some say the rooms are small, we had 3 adults, and we had plenty of room, the rooms are well laid out. The rooms have a mini fridge and a trip on your first day to a store for snacks and drink is a must. Crossroads is the nearest grocery store, about a $10 cab ride each way. Your room will not be available til after 3, so bring sunscreen, a swimsuit or shorts in your carry-on. Drinks are available in the store at Port Royale, just sit by the pool and start relaxing with a nice swim. Nothing bad to say about this resort, we hope you have as great a time as we did. When it's time to leave the airline check in at the hotel is great, use it if you can.
“Disney Hospitality”
I have to say that Disney knows how to do customer service. Staying on a Disney resort to see their theme parks is the way to go for a no hassle vacation. They take care of your luggage, your transportation, and have all the information you need to get the most out of your stay. We loved it

“Wonderful experience”
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort met our expectations in almost every way. Their costumer service was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the grounds were neatly kept, and the price was reasonable. The only area of dissatisfaction was the price and limited selections in the food court.

Very nice tropical themed hotel! Stayed in the Jamaica section of the resort with my 9 yr old daughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to Disney bus stop to parks and a short walk to the central pool/food area. Loved the sandy beach area for play and relaxation. A quiet pool near our room was available, but daughter preferred to be where the other kids/action were. We very much enjoyed our stay here over the Christmas holiday--Santa even made an appearance on Christmas eve for the guests.

The bus service, hotel staff and theme parks are all excellent.
“Great Trip!”
We spent the week of Easter at the resort and it was a great stay. The rooms are a bit ordinary and could use updating; however, most people just sleep in them so it didn't bother me. My son loved the water slides at the main pool and the arcade. Those are his two favorite things so worth the trip. We skipped the parks as he is not interested and hung out at the resort the entire week. When we were on the plane heading home, he asked when we could go back. We will be back next year!
“One word, AWESOME”
This resort was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My daughter came from Georgia to visit us and spend time with us and they made her stay so easy and affordable. We look forward to going back!
“Disney knows how to do things”
This is an older hotel, but they have maintained it very well. All the greenery is very beautiful, especially in January. The buildings are all bright and carribean colors. There was a bus stop outside of our hotel where buses come around all the time to take you to the different adventure parks. I loved this place and our vacation and will definitely go back.
