Property Amenities
Modeled after an early-20th-century seaside resort on the Eastern Seaboard, Disney's Beach Club Resort provides an upscale ambience and breezy, seafaring attitude. The resort's centerpiece is its three-acre lakeside water park, Stormalong Bay, which has water slides, a children's pool, and a white-sand beach as well as seven spa tubs and two quiet pools.
This Lake Buena Vista resort offers nightly bedtime stories, a game room, playground, and the Sandcastle Club, which provides supervised children's activities (surcharge). The Ship Shape Health Club has exercise equipment and also offers massages and facials.
Guests can also rent pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats at the nearby marina. Disney's Beach Club Resort shares many of these facilities with its adjacent companion property, Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
The resort has 73,000 square feet of meeting space, banquet facilities, and a business center. Complimentary scheduled transportation (via ferry or motorcoach) is provided throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including all four Theme Parks, both Water Parks, and the Downtown Disney® area.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.
This hotel is nonsmoking except in designated outdoor areas.

The Disney's Beach Club Resort's 576 guestrooms are designed in the style of a New England seaside resort, with white-wicker furniture and a color scheme of salmon and light green. All rooms provide balconies—some are furnished, others step-out only—with views of the grounds, pools, parking area, or lagoon.
All accommodations provide tables and chairs, in-room safes, coffeemakers, and refrigerators. Other amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and separate vanity areas with dual sinks. Microwaves are available upon request (surcharge for both).
All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

Dining
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop - The Soda Shop offers bright colors and a pleasantly busy ambience along with its burgers, sandwiches, and ice-cream treats. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.
Cape May Café - At breakfast, the café hosts Goofy's Beach Club Bash, where guests dine with Goofy and his friends. At dinner, signature dishes include clams, mussels, chicken, and barbequed ribs.
Crew's Cup Lounge - Cool refreshments and light snacks are served here daily.
Martha's Vineyard - A quiet gathering place, the lounge offers a wide selection of wines and offerings from the Cape May Café menu.
Hurricane Hanna's Grill - Guests enjoy poolside dining with drinks, sandwiches, burgers, and snacks.
Beach Club Marketplace - Guests on the go can pick up coffee, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches from early morning until mid-afternoon.
Recreation
The centerpiece of the resort is the three-acre water park Stormalong Bay, located on 25-acre Crescent Lake. Stormalong Bay includes water slides, seven spa tubs, two quiet pools, a children's pool, and a white-sand beach.
The resort also has a game room, playground, and the Sandcastle Club, which provides on-site supervised activities daily (surcharge). The Ship Shape Health Club has exercise machines and free weights, steam room, and sauna; massages and facials are available (surcharge for both).
Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats are available for rent at the resort marina. Guests can also fish (catch and release); play tennis, croquet, or volleyball; and jog or walk along a 0.8-mile jogging trail that circles the lake.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and 36-hole Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course are both one mile from the resort via complimentary transportation. The resort's guest services can assist with reservations at any one of Disney's five tour-caliber golf courses, all located on Walt Disney World® Resort property. A nine-hole walking course is also available.

“Disney's Best Hotel!!!LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION”
Amazing Hotel... Location to the Disney resort's is unbelievable... The Staff at the hotel was more than helpful and never left us with a bad taste in our mouth... Great Relaxing hotel for couples as well as family.... Epcot and Hollywood Studios are a walk away, buses to animal and magic kingdom are quick and reliable Would stay at Disney's Beach Club every year if we could
“Disney Deluxe at its Best!”
While not cheap, this hotel delivers with good service, well appointed and spacious rooms with plenty of closet and drawer space for a family of 4 to store their goods for an extended stay at Disney World. A previous reviewer complained about long lines and poor service, but I wouldn't blame the hotel for this as Disney is always busy and the quality of the restaurants at Beach Club and Yacht Club are above average and thus get very busy. The pool at this resort is probably the best of any Disney property and is great for kids from toddlers up to teenagers. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

A wonderfull Disney Hotel! It puts you in the middle of everything! The kids will love the pool!!! We have stayed at many Disney Delux Resorts and this has been our favorite.
“What a Pool!”
This Disney resort is closest to Epcot Center and Hollywood Studios. A boat is available from the resort to take you to those locations, as well as Disney's Boardwalk. The pool is an event in itself which is not to be missed. (Proof of resort registration is required to obtain a writsband to swim. It's just that good.) We are premuim Disney passholders, so that really says something when we opted to hang out at the pool in lieu of the other theme/water parks available to us - essentially free. The hefty price tag that comes with staying here should not dissuade you. It is among the best values among Disney's deluxe family of accomodations. Click and book!

“Nice resort with great location”
The Beach Club resort is one of several Disney resorts on a lake and very close to Epcot Center. The hotel was in very nice condition with nice decor and very good service. Room was great, with comfy beds, and although not large, adequate for four. The restaurant was better than expected and good for families as a buffet. The hotel is adjacent to the Yacht Club and walking distance to the Boardwalk with other eating options. The market in the hotel was convenient for a quick breakfast and less expensive than full blown sitdown. There are plenty of things to do when you decide to hang at the hotel: pool with slide, game room, ice cream, lakeside beach. The hotel is very convenient to Epcot, being a short walk to the side gate. There are also boats going back/forth as well as to Disney Hollywood Studios. The pool area and little beach area on the lake were nice for relaxing and sunning with nice touches like movies at night for the young ones. You'll pay a little more for this Disney Resort, but you'll get a good value and be able to see and do a lot even though the parks may be crowded.

Pools were great, kids loved it. Just enough room for five. Clean, great service. Comfy beds. Would go back at any time. Five minute walk to Epcot!
“Incredible Way to do Didney World”
My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club it was a perfect place to enjoy our first time at Disney World from. We should have planned more time to just be at the hotel as it is an attraction to itself. Even at the height of their busy season we were treated like their only guest - it felt like everyone was as high a caliber of cast member as Walt would have hired himself - it made our trip that much more fun.
