“Half the price of a Disney resort, 10 minutes away!”

I would suggest this hotel for anyone going to Disney world and who doesnt want to pay disney prices. We got a very good rate from expedia and the drive to Disney takes about 10 minutes on the highway, well worth the drive. Hotel is within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants

“great location”

Right by international drive,. close to sea world and universal. Saw some airline staff checking in they should know where to stay. Highways are close and not far from the large mall.Ate on international drive (olive garden twice,,very nice) so I can't tell about the restaurabts and didn't use the pool but it looked nice and had a bar.

“Impressive Hotel”

We were very impressed as soon as we walked into the hotel. It was beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Our room was more than we expected. It was spacious to accommodate our family of 4. The location was convenient. We were close to the parks, shopping, entertainment and dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Made my trip”

Form the time we stepped out of the taxi to the time we left we were treated like family. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was beautiful, so was the room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered.

“I LOVE ITT:)”

Everything was just perfect:) even though we came earlier than check in they had our room already ready for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable:)

“A Really Good Place to Stay!”

We found our room very clean. The concierge and front desk were very helpful. I hate it when a wake up call I've asked for never comes but every day, our calls came through as scheduled. The restaurant food and service was really good but a little pricey. No matter - there are plenty of good, less expensive restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable although we like a little more support from our pillows. Our necks were stiff each morning. If you are willing to attend a timeshare presentation for one and a half to three hours, the attractions desk will discount your Disney tickets. We selected a 3 day park pass and received a $100 discount for spending three hours fending off timeshare sales people. In fact, the timeshare property was fabulous and next door to Disney. We were tempted but maintained our resolve not to buy - at least not this time. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the Disney parks but only 5 minutes to Universal and about 12 minutes to SeaWorld. It's also slightly back from International Drive which makes it a quiet location - good for sleeping and relaxing by the pool. Overall, a good place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

“Great rooms”

This hotel is great. The rooms are extremely clean as well as the lobby. I did have a couple complaints about this hotel though. There was only one clip to hold the curtains together, which didn't help too much because light easily got through no matter where you placed it. Also, if you have multiple devices that require internet access, I would avoid this hotel. You have to pay for EACH device you connect for EACH day you use it. I had no problems receiving a credit for the extra charges but other guests may not be as lucky. Now for the good news. Hotel staff were very friendly. My request for early check in was able to be accommodated without issue. Wireless internet is free in the main lobby. The quality of food for room service was good. The rooms make me feel like I'm home. The pillows on the bed were very comfy. I would NOT recommend this hotel IF you plan on walking to local attractions. Although a taxi is always available if you require one. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

“Great Service”

The hotel's shuttle bus to the major theme parks was very useful! It saved us a lot of money and time trying to figure out how to get around in Orlando. However, the shuttle to Disney was too small to fit all the travelers we had that day... Other than that, the hotel service was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

“Hotel was ok, service was ok, desappointed by the fees for wireless in room”

The hotel is well situated for Universal Studios, 10$ ride by taxi. Aldo they say there is a free shuttle, the way to get your voucher is complicated and there is only 2-3 per day at certain times and they stop at other hotels so it takes you 1hour to get there, when in taxi it takes 5 min.!!! The room was clean and comfy, we had the King room with breakfast buffet. The food was just ok. The service at the hotel was really great though.
