“GREAT”
GREAT
“Outstanding place to stay.”
Great place to stay. Eveything was ready and as I asked for. No waiting time at all. Sign the paper got the keys nad was in the room in less than 5 minutes.
“More geared to short stay.”
This is a decent hotel but you can tell they are refurbishing. Our room was clean and fairly quiet. It caught us off guard to be in a hotel with no internet or doors on the closet. For the price - it was probably the best you can get however.
“Convenient to UCF”
I recently stayed here for the UCF Homecoming weekend. The hotel wasn't very clean, but was extremely cheap in comparison to the other hotels in the neighborhood. The rooms are small but acceptable for the price.Even though I checked in after midnight (when the front desk was closed) the security guard was fast friendly and efficient in processing my check-in.
“Inexpensive”
This was perfect for the one night I needed to stay somewhere. Even though it wasn't luxurious it was perfect for my needs.
“Good value for price”
Good location for the intended purpose of my trip (job interview at Orlando VA). I stayed in a single full bed, nonsmoking room. The room was small but comfortable. It had a kitchen equipped with a 2 burner stovetop, microwave, sink and minibar-type refrigerator. However, I did not use the kitchen because my trip was short. The room did not have a hair dryer which I would have used but was not essential. It also only had the bathroom mirror, with which I could not fully see myself because I am not that tall. The hotel is within walking distance of a gas station, but I did not go to the gas station. One of the downfalls of the hotel was that I could hear the traffic during the morning.
“Worth it for the cost”
The Pros: - Kitchenette, even furnished! - Table/chair with convenient outlet - TV with remote (did not watch so I do not know the channels) - Spacious room (I'm a extra oversized man and had plenty of room) - FREE WIFI (not very fast and loses connection a lot) - More plugs - Self-controlled A/C - Very clean for the price (Hard Rock Hotel cleanliness but without the luxury) - Very safe area and very convenient to UCF/Waterford Lakes/Valencia-East - Quick and easy access to Lake Underhill Rd (a backway to Valencia-East with less traffic than SR50/E. Colonial) - Has a connection with a local restaurant that will deliver (reasonably priced menu but I never used it) - Walking distance to a 50s diner (excellent food) - Across the street from a Greek restaurant (didn't try it) - Down the street from a Publix. - Down a couple streets from a Winn Dixie, Super Target, and many many stores in the Waterford Lakes area (Lake Underhill and Waterford Lakes Drives have lots of shopping options) The Cons: (some will vary per person) - No iron, vacuum, or closet (but did have a small tuckaway by bed) - Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke - No daily housekeeping (unless you stay 7+ nights) - No pool or club - Lobby is not open 24 hours - Shower only, no bathtub] - Small parking spaces Great for business travelers especially. I am a Florida resident who needed an affordable room for 3 nights so I could watch the Valencia Film Festival without traveling back and forth.

Nice for overnight if you don't need ammenities. The night and day managers were very pleasant and accomadated our needs.
“Decent room at a good price!”
Surely no frills or extra ammenities but well worth the price. I just needed a decent place to sleep for a fair price and this place fit the bill!
“A clean comfortable bed”
Nothing fancy. No extras, just a clean comfortable bed. Decent restaurant right next door.
