This was a great location etc and thought it would be a 5/5 until I looked in the tub. Would you sit or put your child in this tub ( see attached pics). Cmon Marriott you’re better than this

Dated hotel… needs a LOT of maintenance… bathtub was disgusting. No one came to clean my room nor changed towels.. and yes, there were no sign on the door. Overpriced “breakfast” with super slow service. Stay away from this place

Thomas, I am so sorry to hear about these complaints. We apologize and will be sharing your bathroom concerns with housekeeping. We do, however, have options for food on property. Our delicious BISTRO serves breakfast and dinner options, along with Starbucks coffee and craft cocktails.

No Housekeeping for the rooms.
Housekeeping was unavailable . I requested housekeeping for two days and no one came. I have to go and get towels, toilet paper,etc. on my on, this was diappointing. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

My flight was delayed by 3 hours and checked in at 3:30 A.M. I was given a filthy room with toilet overflowing. Reported at desk and was assigned a room that had filty bathroom. Would never stay in this location.

Dead bug in refrigerator. Live roach by fridge. Running toilet. My son asks for flat sheet and blanket. They give a blanket only. I go ask for flat sheet and they have to think about it?

Two things- My kids and I got stuck in the elevator twice. Not safe. I was there for a tournament and got absolutely no sleep because of the noise that came from upstairs. Notified the front desk but that didn't do anything. I would not recommend this place. Marriott holds a name for comfort and this was not it.

Thank you for your response. The hotel was filled with sports teams this past weekend as you stated for the baseball tournament. The hotel is not responsible for the kids behavior but the parents are. The elevator went into safety mode due to the abuse it took from the kids going up and down continuosly over the weekend and gages were read that it was being overloaded with people as well. Sorry for your stay we are making plans as of now to toss the teams that cause issues.

Room 219, Executive King, show pressure was at the very best a trickle, there was a considerable amount of mold on the tiles in the shower. I did not speak with anyone at the hotel regarding this as I was there one day and did not discover these issues until I was getting ready to leave for a meeting. Huge gap under the door illuminated the room at night, and allow a great deal of noise to pass into the room thru from the hallway. For a Marriot property, this particular room was in rough shape. The hotel in general appearance is good, Lobby and Lounge are also well kept. Hopefully this room is schedule for a revamp soon.

I was charged twice. Supposedly the first reservation was canceled. I called about it because it wasn't cancelled. I actually stayed there that night. They charged me for the cancellation and the actual stay. Very disappointed!
