“great experience”
We came to town for a concert, wanted to stay on north side of Orlando for quick get away home. This hotel fit the bill, right on I 4 about two exits north of Amway Center for concert but not involved with all the south side tourist traffic. If you are looking for a place close to normal theme park attractions this is not the place, but if you want convenient room next to highway on north side this is it. A little out of way for fast food fare also, most everything for typical tourist Orlando vacation is south of Maitland, by International dr or points south.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel while in Orlando for a wedding. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and staff was very helpful. We would definately stay in this hotel again.

Very Good service, clean, nice breakfast buffet. I will stay there again next time I need a place to stay in Orlando.

We were there to attend my sister's funeral. The hotel was perfect and the staff were exceptional at the front desk and in the dining area. Our needs were met in every way and we couldn't have been happier staying anywhere else.
“Very Clean and Comfortable”
We booked with this hotel because of the convenience of the location in relation to the function we were attending. Very impressed the comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely stay there again if needing a hotel in that area.
“Good Hotel”
Good hot breakfast choices and good service. The place is difficult to find esp. at night. Make the semi-illegal U-turn onto Keller to get to Maitland Blvd. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice, but the local streets were laid out by someone on drugs.

“soccer tournament”
We were in the area for a soccer tournament so didn't spend much time at the hotel. However, the beds were comfortable (which is usually a big complaint for us), there were sufficient towels (also usually lacking), and the room was clean.
“Great stay”
I was a late arrival, after midnight, The clerk let me in. Check in was fast and I was off to bed!
“Nice Quiet Hotel”
We were looking for a nice quiet hotel in Orlando that was also clean. This was a very nice hotel to stay at. The only complaint is we booked the room with breakfast included, but the desk clerk refused to give us the breakfast coupons unless we could prove it to her that through Expedia it was included. Good thing I printed out the itinerary and only after going back to the car and finding it did she give us the coupons! They did not seem to care to look up anything on their own, it was up to us, and it should have been on our reservation already. The breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and juice. But overall the hotel itself was great, clean and quiet. The hotel is very hard to find, buried down a strange street. You definately need a GPS to find this hotel, without it I know we never would have found it.
