The hotel was very close to major attractions. There was also a Wal-Mart closeby as well. We enjoyed our stay-- the people at the front desk were helpful and our room always clean.

All the hotel employees were great! Very pleasant and helpful. Very clean inside/out. Bus shuttle service to Magic Kingdom was good though it did not have a good working A/C but since it was cool weather we were not bothered too much.

My kids loved the pools and putt putt. They also loved the Belgian waffles at breakfast. It was a great hotel for the price.

The room was great sofa bed in the living room and king size bed in the back, nice size bathroom and the pools were fabulous. 3 pools 1 heated ( which we called that the quiet pool for adults) and then there was the big pool with the water slide, we were there for 5 days and my five year old never wanted to leave the pool.

I love this hotel. The room was great. The breakfast was a plus !!!!!! Althought we did not have time to enjoy the pools, the premises looked great.

The service was so wonderful they even helped us print out our boarding passes for our flight home, the rooms were clean and the cleaning ladies did an excellent job, it was very comfortable and very convenient to many eating places and only a short drive to Disney World and Universal Studios.

The Hotel has 4 swimming pool which 2 of them are heated. There is Kareoke every night in main pool, excellent tiki bar (at 6pm is happy hour), we took kids room which was so clean and smell very good!!, Kid rooms is not so big but enough for two children.The rooms has wi-fi however if you forgot you laptop there are two computers at lobby. Staff is very helpfull. Breakfast is outstanding, they offer eegs,sausages, yogurt, cereal, several kind of breads and just made waffles every day. Parking lot is big enough. Location is good if you go to theme parks(4), lake buena vista or Kissimee main street (192). I've been 6 times in Orlando and no doubts this hotel has been the best stay of all.

I highly recommend this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk personnel went out of their way to assist with any question.
