There were spider webs around the doors, mold in the bathroom and paint was peeling off the tub. The staff were nice, however some could not understand English. English is the universal language, so all staff should be fluent in English. At the bare minimum, they should be able to understand frequently used words like towels, bath, face, small, medium, etc. we tried to ask the cleaning lady for face towels. She couldn’t understand. So used hand motions to indicate cleaning the face. She handed us a box of Kleenex. We then pointed to the towels in her hand and she then gave us a towel we watched her pick up off the ground when she dropped it. So we had to say no, and ask for clean ones. She was very nice. She just couldn’t understand English which is a problem.

- Rooms and building is in rough shape and need attention. Mold in the sink, bathtub handle came off, one of the beds was made with a plastic garbage strap between the sheets. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone else. Upon booking I also didn't realize this was a motel style where your room door opens to the parking lot -Free Breakfast: everyday it's, waffles, eggs, old muffins or pastries, cereal, yogurt, toast and sausage or some kind of biscuits and gravy dish. The apples I would barely classify as apples. Food was sub par. -Warning if you don't want your room cleaned, your do not disturb flies off in the wind. -Upon having our room cleaned the one day our sign flew off, we can back later that night and noticed bleach stains on one of our shirts hanging in the room. (I have seen other reviews from others that they've also had this experience). When talking to management to make the situation right we were directed to wait for the manager. The manager dodges call, never shows up, and the reception staff are in on it and cover for him. All in all, the rooms are a mess and loud from surrounding noise, the management is corrupt if you want any kind of refund- you'll never get one, and your items may get destroyed in the room. We stayed from March 25-31 2024, and we will never go back. Shuttle was good but you can find that elsewhere.

The stay was okay and there was really no issues. The breakfast is decent and the beds were comfortable bed bugs free! the only thing that we did not like was the smell of the room. It was like a musty smell and you could tell that there was mold in there. As soon as we entered the room we started sneezing and coughing specially my son that has severe allergies and we had to take allergy medication. It was a 5 night stay so we had to deal with the smell since I couldn’t find any other rooms available also the room is quite small for a family of 4.

Great place to stay if you are doing the parks. There were two bugs in our room the second day but nothing crazy that we couldn’t take care of. Not surprising since the door goes directly outside. Would stay again. Good breakfast.

The breakfast is not very good. If they run out they run out they are not restocking. No butter for 2 days. They claim to have an extravagant breakfast that's not true. Breakfast ends at 10am my daughter was standing waiting to make toast and the lady working came in and took the bread and put it away at 9:45. They say free juice, water and coffee 24/7 everyday after breakfast they put the juice away and say they are out. It was the worst quality inn we have stayed at. I usually like them.

We stayed in February and it was okay! The location of the hotel is amazing as you could walk to many restaurants or fast food places. As well as Ubers are cheap and quick to all Disney locations! The pool is decent as well. Decent size and okay view! The only down side is; the hotel wasn’t very clean. The first night we arrived, there was a blood stain and maybe a urine stain on both of the duvets. The room is in need of some maintenance! Didn’t bother us too much as we only were in the hotel to sleep and were mainly gone during the day! But overall, good for the price and would stay again
