I regret to inform you that my recent experience at Comfort Suites Orlando Airport was highly unsatisfactory. During both mornings of our stay, the breakfast had run out, leaving us unable to eat. Despite inquiring about when the food would be replenished, we received no response or timeline.Furthermore, when we attempted to check out a day earlier due to unforeseen circumstances via Expedia, we were informed by Expedia that they had approached the hotel. However, upon check-out, Ms. Euclid Persaud at the front desk claimed Expedia had not contacted her and refused to authorize our early departure.Adding to the disappointment, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional behavior by addressing a worker in Spanish, assuming we couldn't understand. Unfortunately, we comprehended every word, including her misinforming the staff member about their lateness, which was incredibly inappropriate.Overall, the lack of breakfast availability, uncooperative attitude regarding our early departure, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the manager on duty have left a lasting negative impression. We have no intention of returning to Comfort Suites Orlando Airport and cannot recommend it to others.
