“We go back often, staff is the best in the area.”
Very comfortable,clean & convenient to Universal.Reception staff is very efficient, friendly & helpful. The lady in charge of complimentary breakfast is neat, clean, fast & hard working. Food is replaced as fast as needed.The room is clean & comfortable. We come to Orlando several times a year & this is now our regular hotel for our Orlando trips.
“Hotel was acceptable and close to Universal”
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. After we unpacked, we discovered neither of the two phones in the room worked. When we notified the front desk, they quickly sent a repairman who determined we would need to move to a different room. He helped us move all our belongings to the room next door. There were very noisy pipes in the walls during the morning and at night during our stay. We were glad we had brought ear plugs, otherwise we would not have slept. It was unseasonably cold, 30-35 degrees when we were in Orlando, that may have caused the problem with the pipes. The breakfast buffet was okay but not outstanding. The hotel was not as close to restaurants as we had been told on the phone by hotel staff, so this was a disappointment. The free transportation to theme parks was accessed by walking to another hotel. The shuttle driver was a joy, very friendly and knowledgable. When we missed the transportation one morning, the hotel staff graciously called a taxi that was actually a limousine that only cost $8.00. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. It was quite reasonable for the price we paid.

The room I stayed in was very clean. The staff was very helpful and I found the hotel to be convenient to all attractions.
“Clean and Comfortable but not convinced it's the best for visiting Universal”
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights because we wanted to be close to Universal. It was the only thing we did for the two days. I tried to make sure we were within walking distance and also had access to a shuttle. Well, it turns out, walking was quite difficult. It's at least a mile to the entrance gate. They don't make it easy on you either. There are no signs and sometimes no sidewalks. On the way out at night we came through the parking garages and got sort of trapped. Plus, after walking around ALL day, you really don't want to walk anymore. So the second day we took the hotel shuttle, which is actually through another company and picks up at a hotel next door. The shuttle only has 2 departure times going to the park and maybe 4 coming back. Plus, it doesn't go directly to the park, it picks up other places first. It worked out pretty well but it was about a 20 minute ride on the way home after all the dropoffs. Then, we wanted to go BACK to CityWalk for dinner so we had to take a taxi both ways at night. The taxi is only about $6 each way but transport back and forth can still add up. I'm not sure the solution to all this but maybe it's just expect to spend money on transportation or limit your coming and going to the park.

“Awesome hotel for the price!”
This hotel was clean, comfy, and cheap. They had a yummy hot breakfast every morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 min drive to Universal and close to all Orlando attractions. Def would stay there again!
“Fantasic holiday, cant wait to go back!”
Hotel was extremely comfortable, safe and the staff were brilliant. For non-drivers with children who want to visit Disney, travel can be a bit of a pain although for visiting the Univerasal parks and Seaworld it is a perfect location. I would definitly go back and would recomend it.
“Very accomodating hotel”
The room was exactly what the pictures showed and what the description said. The beds were really comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and had enough towels!!! It was really close to Universal, and we were only minutes away from Sea World (which were the parks we visited in our stay). If I go back, I will definetely consider staying there again.
“Excellent Value”
Room was well laid out. Kitchen area very functional. Close to Universal Theme Park and outlet shopping.
