“Under renovation, but otherwise great!”

Currenly being renovated, and it looks to be a complete overhaul. Would love to see it in a year. I bet it will be super nice. The staff was excellent. We got there at 2 am and they were friendly and funny. Our first room was great, but apparently the construction crew forgot to put a faucet on the tub and water just sprayed out of the pipe. It was hilarious, to be honest. They quickly and apologetically moved us to a new room and checked everything in our room to make sure it functioned well. The air in the new room had been off, but cooled the room down quickly (which is a huge compliment in the hot Florida nights). The beds were super comfy and there were four huge, fluffy, perfect pillows on each bed. The sheets were very comfy and clean. I'm obsessive about checking for bed bugs, so I pulled off one corner of the sheet when we first entered and was impressed with the cleanliness of the mattress and bedding. The hotel is kind of out of the way from downtown Orlando, but it's a GREAT location to save money with a short commute to the parks or UCF (where we were visiting). Easy access to the highway. Breakfast included yummy waffles, muffins, pastries, toast, cereal and probably a lot of other stuff, but we were in a hurry. I was extremely impressed for the price. I will certainly stay there again!

“Great Last Minute Find”

Wanted a hotel close to Winter Park Village but not on top of it. Great location in reference to jumping on I4 and the Village. I was very impressed with the staff, they were able to answer questions I had and were very helpful. The free upgrade did not hurt either. Wonderful breakfast (waffles, french toast, cereals, breads etc.) with late weekend hours, always a plus. Pool was enclosed in private courtyard with plently of tables, workout room has 4 machines. A great find to just get away. Could be in Orlando at a concert or any number of parks enjoying a sunset in no time. Have already booked my next weekend. Beware - Hotel is changing their name so there is no identifying marker for the hotel, you have to find the address number or look for the hotel with the blue tarp over the name on the side. You can see it from I4. Worth looking.

“Great Value”

The Comfort Inn is a great value for the money. The staff was always courteous, and all greeted us pleasantly. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and varied. Beds were very comfortable and the room was large. The location right off I-4 is convenient, but the view is ugly. I have a few suggestions that I hope will be helpful. 1. A power outage occurred during our stay due to a transformer malfunction, and unfortunately we had to climb the five floors to our room, and then there was no ice. A little extra TLC from the staff would be nice in such circumstances. 2. The maid service should ensure that all rooms have the right number of each kind of towel, and give new shampoo and conditioner each day. 3. Bananas were bruised badly - don't put bad fruit out. Oranges were great though. 4. Construction of a small outdoor courtyard with chairs would improve the atmosphere greatly. Perhaps there is room on the side of the buidling.

“I felt very secure at this hotel.”

I got to my room and the a/c didn't work very well, but the front desk moved me immediately and they replaced the other rooms right away.

“Better Than we Expected”

It was nicer than I had thought it would be. In a run-down part of town but close to I-4 and downtown. It was clean and comfortable.

“Good location”

Overall good stay. No negatives except the neighborhood kids coming through the parking lot.

“Convenient and reasonable.”

We had a nice room with two comfortable queen beds, and a complimentary hot breakfast. Since it beside I-4 it is extremely convenient to all the sights of Orlando. The only downside was that the hotel is in the midst of converting to a Comfort Inn, so there was a lot of construction going on in and outside. However, for the price, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

“Hotel in Transition”

This hotel was perfectly located for an overnight stay near the hospital and the price was right. The hotel, however, is in the midst of renovations and transitions, and it was a touch bleak overall. The room was clean, the TV worked, the shower had hot water and the complimentary breakfast had good coffee.

“Recent stay”

Doors make creaky sound when opening and closing ...twice power lost in the room...very smelly corridor and carpet....good breakfast...

“Comfort Inn”

The room was just fine for the price. It wasn't luxurious but it was comfortable. We did not spend much time at the hotel and did not even get a chance to see if there was a pool. We basically needed a place to sleep and the Comfort Inn did provide that well. There was a nice continental breakfast provided as well. the staff was friendly and accomodating.
