Would come back to this hotel. Very clean and staff very helpful.

Only thing not all that convenient was the shuttle service schedule to the theme parks. But we managed by always taking the earliest shuttle service to the first Disney theme park and then transferring to one of the free Disney Buses once we were in the Disney properties to get to the other theme parks.

I have been to this hotel previously to this trip. It went a little bit downhill from when I was there in 2008, but it is still a decent hotel. It has complementary shuttle services to the theme parks but they are at horrible times. At check in, the room was a little dirty, not that bad though. Just a little dirt on walls, etc. The beds are super comfy and the staff is great. I would stay at this hotel again. I like the area it is in and there is tons to do. I would reccemend renting a car while you stay. Taxis are expensive and the shuttles arn't too good.

The pool gets shaded at about 2 pm which sucks for laying out in the evening. If you are attending the parks they have a shuttle service that runs once a day, helpful yet it forces you to go by the allotted times. Seaworld and Universal pickup times are after the park is closed. Disney is pretty good for shuttles The breakfast is good but very repetitive, same thing every day. The pool is nice, contains a hottub and kiddy pool. Getting to this hotel will cost over 70 dollars by cab, strongly recommend to take the Mears shuttle from the airport as it only cost 21$ per person. In room safe is nice to have for security. Also, there is a Lobster buffet attached to hotel sometimes this made it smell fishy. The area is pretty good, Miniputt nearby as well as good restaurants (Olive Garden, Corrabas, TGI Fridays... etc) just a 20-30 minute walk. The hotel also supplies a shuttle to the outlet mall that contains hundreds of name brand outlet stores with great shopping deals. Friendly staff for the most part, helpful just ask them anything!

The hotel was easily accessible, very handy to get to the Disney Parks, and Universal....didn't use the shuttle service as the times didn't work with when the parks were open or the closing times.

“Horrible hotel”

The wi-fi hardly ever worked!! The breakfast was from 6-9am and there were so many people in there that you hardly got what you wanted. The lady that was working there was so rude. It's like she didn't want to be there. You would ask for something and she would you infer her breath. The pillows in the room were horrible. Even using two at a time didn't help. Needs some updating. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.
