Property Amenities
Clarion Resort and Waterpark features a water park with slide, a pool, and a lazy river. A fitness center and a game room are also located on site together with supervised child care and activities. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to nearby theme parks and attractions. There are four dining options within the hotel including a bar, a lounge, a coffee shop, and a snack bar and grill. Additionally, the hotel has 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space with wireless Internet access and audio-visual equipment. The hotel also provides banquet facilities, event catering and wedding services. Public areas are air-conditioned and designated smoking areas are provided for smokers. Pets, cats and dogs only, are accepted.

“Great family get-away”
We have four children, 9, 7, 4, and 1, and we were looking for someplace to go for a long weekend. The Claroin resort and Waperpark fit the bill perfectly. The double queen suite we stayed in was big and comfortable. The kitchenette had a full size fridge and sink, with some counter space so we ate breakfast and lunch in our room, which was so much easier than having to get cleaned up and go out to eat. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. I think when the kids are older the park might not be big enough for them, but for now it was perfect. We went off season, in October, and it was still plenty warm. We got an amazing deal on our room, but most of the "on" season children's events weren't going on which I would have loved to take advantage of. We visited Downtown Disney and it was a short 15-20 min drive. We are already thinking of staying again during our next Orlando visit.

“Great waterpark with your stay for the family and kids at heart”
My family and I had a great time at the Clarion Waterpark Resort. The water park was great and my kids loved the slides and lazy river. The water was heated which was also nice for floating around in the river. There was music playing outside and the park had kids activities too. I bought a really cool squirt gun at the towel hut and I would recommend renting a private cabana like we did & it worked out really nice for us. It was sad that the water park closed at dusk but after dinner we hung out in the other heated pool which was open later. The employees were very nice & helpful. Our room was cleaned well and I really liked the fun decor and colors. They have large safes in the room and I stored my laptop in there which was convenient. The beds were really comfortable. In the morning we ate the free continental breakfast but the menu looked good too, we just did not have much time. The concierge gave us a map of the area and made tickets available to us to buy. We went to Universal, but I noticed the resort offers shuttles to Disney as well. The ride was not long since the hotel is right next to the turnpike. Our stay at this resort was better than other times we stayed in Kissimmee because the other places did not really offer anything to do and were near congested traffic areas. I will bring my family back to check out the new kids activity area they are building
“Great waterpark hotel for the family and kids at heart”
The water park was great the kids loved the slides and the lazy river. The pool water was heated and was able to get a float to sit in to go around in the lazy river. They played music & had some kids activities. The towel hut sells this great water squirt gun & I sprayed everybody in the family all day. Life guards were super nice to talk to & very helpful I sprayed them also. I recommend on paying extra for the private cabanas & just relax. Sad the waterpark closes at dawn, but after dinner we relaxed in their regular pool that is open till late. The staff was very nice. Our room was facing the water park on the 3rd floor and it was clean, neat and housekeeping did a great job. Great decor & colors .The bed was the best & they had 4 pillows on top. I liked that they had a big safe in the room for my laptop. In the morning we had the free continental breakfast it was good for the price even though they had a full menu to order from we wanted to get going. The hotel has a nice concierge desk and they sell tickets there & he gave us a map of the area. They had a shuttle to Disney & Universal but we decide to drive to Universal, it only took about 15 minutes to get there because the hotel is next to the turnpike exit. I have stayed at hotels near the parks before but all they have is a boring pool their older and near allot of congestive traffic. You can tell the place is new they are still finishing up some remodeling. They are building a kid activity area. I will be back!
“Excellent Family Vacation Spot”
This Hotel is very clean and family oriented, newly renovated, nice pool,hot tub and water park, pool side bar, far to many option to mention, nice room with fridge and microwave...
“I would stay there again”
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room and facilities were extremely clean and maintained. The housekeeper did forget to replenish the bath and kitchen amenities and didn't not even make the beds one day. The front desk staff addressed those concerns. I would consider another stay at this hotel. I found it relaxing in the lazy river. It was lucky that it was a slow time of the year otherwise I could imagine it not very relaxing. A great place to take children with the waterpark.
“Great hotel for kids!”
My family and I went for 3 days to relax and the kids loved it! The waterpark and the activities coordinator kept them busy, while I was able to relax under one of the cabana rentals. It was awesome.

This place was affordable and luxurous! The waterpark had a lazy river and waterslides. It was great. The food and drinks were good. We would go back. It was only 20 minutes to Disney so location was conveinent as well.

Great accommadations and service,hotel staff were helpful and friendly, water park was great. Expedia said that our accommations came with a continental breakfast, the hotel doesn't offer it anymore. When were asked we were given coupons for a free continental breakfast for the week.
“Can't wait utill next trip”
Wow cant say enough the park is great what a place to relax,cant say enough about the waterpark and the staff they were very freindly the activites for kids is endless all day long I came to relax and wow I was able to do just that we did Universal very easy just jump on freeway less than a block away 20 min you are there we will be back soon rooms were great the beds unbeliveable tiki bar was great food was wonderfull cant give enough praise you are very faimly friendly THANK YOU CLARION for making our trip unforgetable if coming to this area and have kids I highly recomend Clarion Resort&Waterpark Again I can not praise enough.
