Un hotel excellent, proche des sites touristiques (nous sommes allés au centre spatial KENNEDY de la NASA en moins d’une heure le le demain).

It was a great last minute option for us when we had the worst travel day imaginable causing us to have to rework our plans on the fly. The pool was clean, the staff was super helpful and I loved that they had an airport shuttle! Our room did have some issues in the bathroom (loose curtain rod didn’t allow the shower curtain to close completely, and the shower drain didn’t drain properly) but overall a very nice, clean place to stay.

We are sadden to see you didnt enjoy your stay our rooms are dated but we pride our self with being clean because we are older feel free to reach out to the property i would love to hear what made you feel dirty

To begin with I stay at traditional Sonesta hotels regularly and this is not a Sonesta hotel by a long shot. This is actually the Airport Inn and Suites that has been renamed. Rooms were fairly clean but worn and dated. Breakfast was powdered eggs and greasy sausage patties with a few cereal options. Had to get an Uber to and from the airport because their shuttle only operates at limited times. Overall it has a motel 6 vibe - cheap, somewhat clean, inconsistent shuttle…not at all a business travelers hotel.

Door by the handicap parking would not work. You had to walk all the way around the building to get inside. You can exit the door by the handicap parking. Very inconvenient for handicap.

That door is locked to protect our front desk team we are sadden this was a inconvenience but it is handicapped parking on both sides of the building

Not a walkable area at all, only meal option was Waffle House. Very noisy and echoey. With standard movement it’s noisy, there were multiple children on my floor (the top floor) playing shouting and rough housing in the hallway and room.
