“baymont inn and suites (holiday inn express) florida mall”
our only problem with this hotel was the pool was not heated but then again, we were so busy doing the tourist thing that we only tried to swim once..room was clean and housekeeping staff always provided us with our request..breakfast was great and always plenty of food..will stay there again for sure!
“VEry good hotel”
Our trip was in early may 2009. We went to this hotel for the excellent rate they had, and didnt know what to expect. Once we got there the staff was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable, we had our small fridge and coffee maker, TV and a small desk and table. The baths looked very good as well. Overall if we make another trip like this I would definitevly would stay there again.

This hotel was more than I expected,it was clean very quiet,was'nt noisy,we enjoyed the breakfast every morning,and definitely I did'nt want to leave when the time was up,now that I'm back in New York I feel that I'm missing something,I would definitely refer this hotel to everyone,thank you.

The rooms where one of the cleaness rooms we have ever stayed at the free breakfast was good the only thing that could have made it better would be Waffles and sausages,The pool area was very clean.I was very pleased with Hotel and will be back

“Would return anytime”
We could not believe the quality and condition of this hotel for the price. I had read excellent reviews and looked at pictures before I made the reservation but as we were driving to the hotel, I was getting worried because the reservations were not refundable. We had nothing to worry about. It was such a wonderful stay, we couldn't believe it. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

easy to find across from cadillac dealer, friendly front desk service, plenty of parking,next to restraunt, 7-11,across street from breakfast place, -huge heated pool,exersize room, hotel room has fridge & micro, desk; free internet with continental breakfast, free showtime ,big screen t.v in lounge.trip reward points!

Very good Continental Breakfast (complementary), staff were ready to help with all our needs. Pool should have heating due to I stay in November (pretty cold weather sometimes), room was so clean with confortable queen beds, it doesn't matter if you left Laptop at home because there are PCs at lobby with couple of printers.
“Will Stay There Ever Trip I Take To Orlando”
I really didn't know what to expect when going there. The hotel had mixed reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was great...the price, the staff, the room, the continental breakfast, the location. I will definitely book there again and have already recommended this hotel to a family memeber going to Orlando soon. There was only one small problem, we encountered, we not get the wake up call we requested. Well turns out we did, but the phones incoming call 'ringer' was broken. And upon check in, I heard another quest telling the counter clerk about that very same problem she was having. So if you stay there,plan on having a back up wake up call. But hey, the alarm clock in the room worked just fine! So yes, I highly recommend this hotel, hands down!
