Miroir de salle de bain usé, taché. Robinetterie mobile apparemment puisque que celui de la baignoire s’enlevait carrément. Le bruit, pas dormi les 2 nuits, la porte des chambres c’est du carton, on entendait les gens rentrés de soirée de minuit à 4h30 du matin comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre ou encore supporter les pleurs d’un chien laissé tout seul dans une chambre pendant 1h et ce à 7h du mat. une clim des années 20 qui se déclenche et fait un bruit de camion. Ptit dej, j’ai cru être en prison, meme a l’hôpital c’est mieux. A part la piscine nickel, j’aurais mieux dormi dans ma voiture. Plus de 150€ la nuit, ne vous laissez pas attirer par les locaux communs refait à neuf, le reste c’est affreux.

Problème avec les prises dans la chambre. Obligé de faire venir un technicien pour qu'il mette une rallonge. De très gros travaux dans le bâtiment où j'ai résidé. Des petits cafards dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct. Piscine extra. Jacuzzi au top. Salle de fitness bien. Emplacement exceptionnel pour les studios Universal. Je recommande l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix intéressant.

The room had roaches, there were a couple pubic hairs on the toilet, the floor was sticky, there were white stains all over the comforter. The tub was so dirty I didn’t even want to shower in it without shoes. We asked for a crib and we brought our own sheets for it of course. I called before to confirm it was added. No crib, 2 hrs went by and still no crib then they told us they won’t have any until morning. So, we had to leave and drive over an hr home to turn around and drive another 2 hrs in the am. What a mess!

"My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Upon my arrival, the reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. The first representative who assisted me, named Brandi, could not find my reservation in the system. She told me that They couldn't help me and I would have to contact the agency I booked. They seemed to be distracted and uninterested in helping. When I changed representatives, all the information magically appeared in the system without the need for further action. One the rooms took more than an hour to be ready after the check-in time, stipulated by the hotel policies. In summary, the lack of professionalism and courtesy in customer service at the front desk negatively affected my experience at this hotel. hotel."

The pictures does not match the actual place. Very dirty place. The front desk told us we can check out early and we will get a refund. We booked our stay for 3 days and checked out by 10 am the following day. According to Avanti staff we should have been able to get the refund for the next 2 nights. Positioned nicely at the centre of International Drive, this hotel is in need of a little spruce up. That being said the rooms a big and spacious but a little dark and gloomy. The pool area is pleasant as is the reception bar area. But it’s not really a bar, rather a games room. Overall a bit overpriced. But does a job

the room door was broken when we arrived. I think they should work more on teaching some of their workers to have empathy. A smile is worthless and brings security and peace of mind to the guest. It is one of the things that should be worked on when receiving the guest when giving them information. They should also think about the possibility of changing the breakfast system. In my opinion, we guests do not have to wait in a long line for breakfast since we are in a hurry to get to the amusement parks and that delays a lot, some trays with alcohol heaters and that the guests serve themselves whatever they want and everything would be faster I paid for my breakfast for two days and I only went down for breakfast the first time the juice in a sealed plastic container looked like a school breakfast, not a hotel breakfast, I paid for a hotel breakfast like I have always been used to the hotels I have visited, I did not think it would be that way, it is a place that is close to many shops, it is central, quiet and close to the attractions of the park, improve your services, the hotel looks good

Was there for my wife’s bodybuilding competition. The facility looks decent from the outside. The main lobby is decent as well. We were in building 4 and the common area smelled worse than a 7-11 bathroom. One of the two elevators was broken and the elevator area was in disrepair. The rooms aren’t very nice, definitely a budget hotel so I’m happy that I paid a heavily discounted rate. The positive is the front desk staff, they are all very pleasant and helpful. I will not be visiting again.
