“enjoyed our stay”
Our room was comfortable, and well kept. The landscaping around the building was nicely done and inviting, it made the approach to our room private. We really liked our acomodations. The hotel is one block from the ocean and across the street from a lovely resort that has open walkways with several landings providing ocean views and great landscaping down to the ocean.
“Loved everything except the sheets!”
This was the MOST FUN place I've ever stayed along the CA beach in years!! But c'mon!! Let's get a fitted sheet for the bottom! Since I am a restless sleeper my bottom sheet was all over the place! Very nice deck people!! Lovely setting. Room was quiet and although a bit "retro" I think it was great. Would go back in a minute, but NEXT time I'll take my own queen fitted sheet!! There's an Albertson's right next door, with great sushi, bakery, etc.
“Nice hotel for decent price”
The hotel isn't the newest, and it isn't right on the beach, but the price is very good for this area. If you don't want to be right on the beach, this is a good location -right on the Pacific Coast Highway with a small shopping center just above it. The feather-top king bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice convenience. Front desk was friendly, quick, efficient.
“Dream Location”
This was the greatest location! Right across from the beach. Beautiful area. Grocery store and CVS next store. Warm outdoor pool and hot tub. Seattles best coffee in morning and light breakfast. Super safe area. Would stay again. In fact I will be going back next year. Most comfortable king size bed I have ever slept in. Super soft pillows too. We had a wonderful stay.
“comfortable hotel near beautiful beaches”
Comfortable motel with full breakfast, heated pool and jacuzzi, free parking and across the street from beautiful beaches. A large shopping center is within walking distance as are several family friendly restaurants. We would definitely go back if we return to Orange County.
“Will stay again”
The hotel is a little older, however, it was in good repair. I would stay there again. The pool looked very inviting. Wish I would have brought my bathing suit. I did not think it would be warm enough !
“Laguna's Best Kept Secret”
The Travelodge is a very comfortable hotel with an ocean-view from some rooms. Albertson's Market is a "Stone's Throw" away from the hotel for all your provisions that you may need for your stay. The Montage Resort is across the street with convenient beach access and a great lounge for a night -cap after watching the sunset from their bluffs or having dinner at one of their fine restaurants. A short drive into downtown Laguna from the hotel or a little longer drive to Dana Point or San Clemene Pier to watch the surfers. The travelodge offers a hearty complimentary breakfast or coffee from a coffee-maker in your room. A heated pool and a nice jacuzzi adds to the charm of the hotel to make for a very romantic beach get-away.
“A Pleasant Stay”
Very good. Small, intimate, moderate accommodations at a good price. Small friendly staff. Excellent location and good amenities such as a continental breakfast. Better than we expected. We'll return if the opportunity presents itself.
“My travel experience”
check in was late and went smoothly, my room was very clean, just coming from the Yosemite, CA area I would have liked one more blanket as I was cold at first going to bed and I dont sleep with the heater on. Employees were great and very nice, my continental breakfast was excellent the choices were ample and filling. I would recomment this hotel to anyone as the local area has nearby shopping available, and the view of the ocean was great as well. This is a great place for the family to travel out of and the cost are very reasonable.

It was close to the beach and that was important to us. Pool looked inviting but did'nt get a chance to use it. The employees were nice and friendly.
