“Exceptional Surprise”
Loved this hotel. Our stay began with a personal greeting while waiting at check-in. My husband, 2 children and I were then surprised by a delivery of fresh apples and water to our room. On top of that our greeter sent up milk and cookies for the kids and champagne and chocolate for for mom & dad. Class act!!! Very plush, yet kid (and small pet) friendly.
“wonderful resort”
my husband and i would definitely return to the st. regis. the room and service were excellent. the only negative would be the resturants. they were very expensive, but not that great. we rented a car and explored the surrounding area and found some good resturants. overall, a very good experience.
“Perfect”
This place is amazing. Excellent service.
“Will return”
We will defintiely return the rooms, work out facility, restaurants and beack were fantastic! The only thing I would check is if there is a convention being held at the same time that you are booking, it is impossible to get spa treatments.
“Outstanding for Some R&R”
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the spa treatment and food at the Stonehill Tavern Restaurant. One of the best gym facilities at a hotel I've ever used and great instructors for their stretching and yoga classes. You can't go wrong here!!!
“Great for Kids!”
Staff is very kid friendly, pool and beach services are first class. Going back next year. Want to go back with the wife and try out the spa, it looked very nice.
“A definite must stay ..”
Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful...would go back in a heart beat. Great service,(pricey food and drink)but worth every penny. Very romantic but yet great for kids as well.
“wow”
We live locally and tried a one night get away and boy did this hotel meet our needs. It was a total escape from our busy lives and the local area is terrific for biking, hiking, shopping or relaxing at the beach or playing golf. The restaurants are top quality and plenty to choose from. We loved the new Stonehill Tavern and will continue to go back and enjoy with friends. The help was courteous and enthusiastically helpful. It is truelly worth every penny for a get away.
“Love laguna”
This is a great hotel very relaxing with breath taking views
“Service Like No Other”
The service is absolutley unprecedented. The entire staff will wait on you hand and foot at every turn. The rooms are amazing, comfortable and elegant. The only con is food. Prices are outrageous (5x normal) and defnitiley not worth the price hike. The tram down to the beach can take a while, but worth the wait. Would highly recommend just be sure to bring your own food or eat out.
