“Very pleased”
Very pleased, especially with the free internet access using the television screen in the room. This compares exceptionally well to my previous stay in a 4 star hotel, which charged 50 cents a minute for internet access.
“Very nice place to stay for an affordable price”
The only issue was with street access. Part of this problem may be resolved following current road construction activities.
“Awsome, Easy, and Clean”
Was never interrupted and staff was timely to have anything that i needed done.
“Quiet and clean”
make sure you get a room facing hillside and your room will be very quiet. Small pool but otherwise great for families and relaxation.
“I would go back.”
The hotel was clean, convenient and safe. I do however in the future need to remind the front desk that I booked and paid through Expedia. Please keep your email from Expedia showing booked and paid amounts or this hotel will charge you again! Hysterical!
“sleep well”
The room was well equipped. Microwave, sink, kitchen items refrig, and comfortable sitting area. Their internet access was free and the best I have used to date.
“Will stay there again when in area”
Was very happy with the suite, had all we needed, Breakfast Buffet was good, Room was Clean,Staff great. Breakfast Buffet was plentiful Area was Safe and not to busy, we walked every morning. Starbucks,Subway and Gas station/store next door. Other restaraunts close.
“Nice accommodations”
If you can get past the slightly over-the-top decor, this is a clean, well-staffed, easy-to-find hotel with good rates and features. Breakfast was decent and hot, the exercise room was in good condition, and staff was friendly. There were a couple of hassles with wireless, but they got me up & running. Super comfortable bed. I would stay again.
“Not impressed”
The free breakfast is very limited... much better standard breakfast at CourtYard Marriott. The comforter on top of the bed next to my face smelled of armpit. The "memory foam mattress" is a thin, quilted topper that really doesn't make that much difference in comfort. We had the hotel pre-paid in full through Expedia, and yet they still charged us $50 on our credit card when we used NO additional services. They did not tell us they were doing this and two days after we left, that $50 charge is still showing pending on our credit card. This requires me to do follow-up calls, wait for return calls, etc. We requested a quiet room, and therefore were put on the 3rd floor where there is no icemaker. Ice makers are only on the 1st or 2nd floors. The bath soaps are approximately 1.5" wide, 2.5" long and about .3" thin. They are impossibly small..... we had to request 3 more just to shower and bathe. Overall, we will stick to the known, consistent hotels like Marriott in the future. We were looking for a
“Not impressed”
Looks better on-line. Pool was pathetic - a one night business stay type of hotel only. Not a leisure stay hotel. Breakfast was best part.
