The room is larger than most at this price point. It is also well equipped with a microwave, fridge, recliner and ottoman, and table with two chairs. The toilet has a two-button water-saver design. The mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The room furnishings are well done, and attention was paid to the interior design. The minor nitpick is that the decor is great for a room in the 1970's but is now in need of a refresh. Overall, this room is an outstanding value, and I would not hesitate to use it again.

This motel offers solid value. My room was spacious and clean, had a good layout, and a microwave and a reasonably sized refrigerator. Decor was dated-looking (1970s), but the bed and furniture were comfortable. It’s located on one of the major thoroughfares in Orange County, so lots of places to eat and convenience stores nearby, as well as major shopping malls. However, the room smelled heavily of some sort of fruit scented air freshener, and was not particularly quiet (I could hear car alarms and people accessing their vehicles). The only really negative thing that happened was that when I arrived at 3:40 pm (40 minutes after official check-in time) I was greeted by a locked lobby door and a sign “Sorry, out to lunch, be back by 4:10 pm”. So i had to wait in the car for 30 minutes, and was late for a meeting.

First of all check inn was mediocre. My friend was visiting me from out of town so we decided to get a room . Her bank had locked her card, so when we were trying to pay for the room her card didn’t go through, the guy working front desk just said so loud and rudely “declined” , could have just asked for another form of payment. Then we couldn’t get the hot water in the shower to work, called front desk, same guy answers and condescendingly tells me “directions to turn it on” like how are guests supposed to know “the trick” to turn on the hot water? Things could have been overlooked if not for the horrible service.

This facility was unkept and dirty. Parking was impossible to get in and out of stalls. There was little to no ADA accommodations. The pool and the hot tub were full of weeds and empty. The brooms were dirty, and we paid extra for a king size and received a queen. .

The room itself was OK for the price. Comfy clean bed and lots of space. The crackhead lady who walks around the property at all hours screaming at the top of her lungs and talking to herself was not acceptable. walls are thin, as are the ceilings if you happen to get a downstairs room.
