“Loved it.”

Very nice hotel. It is old, however you can't tell from the lobby, and our room was recently remodeled. The only flaw was some water damage on the ceiling over the bathtub. The room was very spacious, bigger than most hotel rooms I've been in. We had a refrigerator, which I didn't expect, and it was very useful. Too many pillows on the beds, however, my husband and daughter had some good pillow fights! We were not charged for parking, and were given a card to use to get in and out of the lot. We also used two bottles of water, and were not charged. The pool was heated and actually warm, and clean, and we enjoyed it very much. We watched movies, kind of pricey, but I suppose that's typical. We thought the price for the bottled water was high, until we went to Disneyland and discovered it was twice as much. We also thought the breakfast price was high, but it isn't any higher than I-Hop. The parking at Disneyland is $11 per day. If we had to do it over again, we would have taken the hotel shuttle. It drops you off close to the entrance, and is less of a wait. We thought that eating at a restaurant would save us money, but with the cost of parking, eating at the hotel would have been cheaper. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and loved the hotel.

The room was nice & large except for the bathroom which was small. Everything was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. Staff was friendly & helpful - one problem the bellman told us a taxi to the airport would cost about $35.00 so we cancelled our shuttle. The actual cost to John Wayne airpor with no traffic was $45.00.

“Made our Disneyland Trip a pleasure ...”

This hotel offered everything that we required, and then some, in convenience and comfort on a recent 4-day/3-night trip to Disneyland. The luxurious bedding was so comfortable and inviting after a long day of fun at the park. The free shuttle bus ran on time every time and the drivers were funny and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel had a variety of menu items and the wait staff was very accommodating to one 5 year old boy's tastes and one upset stomach's needs. Everyone from the Front Desk staff, bellmen and food service staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Also, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms have been updated. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I will make sure I always stay here when visiting Disneyland.The staff was very friendly and curtious and the hotel was very well kept up and clean,from the inside out.And the shuttle bus was always on time.Thanks for the great stay!

“Nice and Quiet”

We stayed in a second floor room and could not hear our neighbors. I have stayed in various hotels around Disneyland and we will keep coming back to this one.

As a NYC visitor, we expected a clean and comfortable room... Well, it was FIRST CLASS from the moment we drove up... The Valet was just as polite and professional as the Ritz Hotel personnel in NYC...The Customer Greeters at the Desk were helpful, professional,friendly.... I just could not say enough about the employees of this Hotel. The Room was absolutely beautiful, with a door going out to the Courtyard. The grounds were immaculate, the game room in working order... The Deli.. yummy, and the ambiance just out of this world! I would recommend this Hotel to EVERYONE.... and I will certainly be back, again and again.... Touche to all the Employees at the Sheraton Anaheim.. Please... let them know about this review so they absolutely know that they are making their clients so VERY happy!!

“I love staying at this hotel!”

We have stayed at this hotel several times and everytime we don't want to go home. The staff is always courteous and the rooms are well kept. If planning on visiting Disneyland, this hotel is a must since they have a shuttle that is free for their guests.

“Nice Hotel close to the parks”

I like the hotel. It is family oriented and the kids liked it too. P/U and drop off to the park is very conveniant. Room Service was pretty good and quick delivery. The only thing i think that the deli needs a little upgrading and more selection of food
