“great hotel at a great price”
this place is less of a hotel and more like a studio apartment complex. each building has 8 rooms on 2 floors, which means you are really only sharing one wall with another guest. this makes the rooms very quite. check in took about 2 minutes and the room was easy to find. this place is very clean, inside and out. breakfast was decent. the hot food wasn't luke warm, but it was good. my only warning to those who plan on sleeping later than 8am would be to request a room away from the shuttle pick up. all the kids excited about going to disneyland got a little loud. not that big of a deal for us, but had i known... the units also have full kitchens. it's almost too bad that we spent all of out time at disney. the hotel is really nice. i was very impressed. especially for the money. i have a long background in the service industry, including some very high end resorts in hawaii, so i am not so easily impressed. after thought: no annoying pounding accompanied by "HOUSEKEEPING" at 6 in the morning. that was very nice. can't wait to stay there again.
“Very good experience”
Very comfortable
“A very nice place to stay”
This hotel was fantastic! The place was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we took advantage of the kitchen in the suite. It saved us lots of money on our trip! We will definitely come back to stay at this location.
“A little gem”
We chose this hotel as the rooms were in little blocks rather than a big hotel, and you had the added benefit of a lounge. There were 4 of us amd there was plenty of room for us all, 2 TVs were a bonus in the evening (2 teenagers wanting to watch rubbish!). Rooms lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and we used the Disney desk to buy tickets for the park, bus passes and advice. The pool is quite small but most people are out all day but it can get busy in early evening. Best sun loungers I have ever laid on. The complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of choice but get there early as it did get busy later. Nice location, We walked to disney most of the time as it is only 2 blocks but the bus pass was handy after walking and standing for hours, and handy if you want to catch a baseball game at the Angels stadium as we did not have a car. We felt very safe in the area. You could even go out the front of the hotel at 9.25pm to watch the fireworks you were that close. We would definately recommend the Residence Inn and would return if we went back to Anahiem.
“very impressed”
picked this hotel for location, and reviews from expedia.A very pleasent stay, very clean suites, with lots of room.shuttle bus takes you to disney for 3 dollars, but close enough to walk.Small pool but area kept spotless, with plenty of pool towels.as other reviews breakfast is execellent, but very busy.staff are very helpful, and supply maps to different points of interest.A plus is we could see the disney fireworks, just steps from our suite.
“Great Time”
We had a geat experience at this hotel
“Great”
This hotel was so nice! We were visiting Disneyland with our 3 small children and we all fit in the 1 bedroom suite comfortably. The grounds were very nicely maintained, and the breakfast buffet was great! It is within walking distance to the park, however we chose to drive just because we knew at the end of the long day we wouldn't feel like walking back with the 3 kids. We thought the hotel was a beautiful place and we will definitely be staying again!
“Pleasantly Surprised.”
We were pleasantly surprised at how great the hotel was. There were 7 people in our group ages 5-64, the room, with 2 bathrooms, plus a kitchen and the hotel amenities worked for all of us. The staff was very helpful and considerate. Nice breakfast buffet, a shuttle to Disneyland came right to the complex. Pool 24 hours was also very nice. My sister is going to take her family in Oct. and they are now staying at the Marriott too. The hotel will also provide grocery shopping at no charge - other than groceries.
“Good family hotel”
We stayed in a one bed suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was an excellent selection for breakfast hot and cold options, fresh fruit and freshly made waffles. The only slightly negative was the size of the pool which would have been ok if no-one else had been using it but it was very popular and too crowded at times. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Disney, just a very short drive away and there were lots of decent restaurants nearby.
“Very nice and convenient”
We loved having the full kitchen for meals in our room. The hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were great after a long day at Disneyland. The breakfast was fantastic! It was an easy walk to Disneyland and the Garden Walk shopping mall is almost just across the street with shops and restaurants.
