“Excellent Hotel in Costa Mesa”

Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Since we were staying with a small child on New Year's Eve, they made an effort to place us in a room where it would be quiet. We brought a Wii to play and they even sent a maintenance person to help us set it up to the TV!

“Clean and comfortable.”

Our room was clean and comfotable. We felt safe to walk around the area for shopping and eating out. We would stay there again.

“Will go back”

We were so thankful that the hotel was top notch.It never rains in Southern California but of course it rained for 3 out of the 5 days we were there. It was a great relief to be able to go back to such a nice hotel.

“Comfortable place to stay.”

We enjoyed our stay here. Each day started with a nice continental breakfast at the hotel which is included with your stay. The room was clean, they had nice shower heads with various settings. The pool was fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have internet service in the lobby which was a big plus for us. Also they have a shuttle to and from the airport.

“Not bad for the area.”

Considering the neighborhood is mostly strip malls and chain restuarants the distance to the Newport Beach area is very short. Breakfast room layout is a bit jumbled, there are more options/beverages further inside than initially appears. Outside noise was a minor issue, only because the room I was in was across from stairway to upper floors.

“In room service food outstanding”

We were very happy with the room clean, beds were confortable to sleep, great in room service, we ordered the gourmet pizza it was the greatest pizza I have ever tasted! fresh tasting thin crust I would go back again, we will go back again for our summer vacation, breakfast was great very complete my kids enjoyed it very much and price was just right.

“Definately will use this again”

This was a surprisingly great hotel for the money. We will stay there again the next time we venture to Orange County. The room was clean and fresh, although we did have to wait for it to be ready. We had a room for persons with disabilities since the room we originally assigned to was still not ready by 3:00 pm. But this worked out just great for me...first floor, no stair to climb. The staff were very helpful and courteous. It was close to everything that we could possibly want while in Orange County, beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment.

“Great place to stay!”

We can't wait to go back! The hotel was very clean and nice. The rooms were a good size and the staff was realy friendly! the pool is centrally located and very clean as well. The continental breakfast was not half bad. We went with young children and we were all comfortable. The only thing was if you are not back at the hotel by 10pm it gets harder to find parking(if the hotel is full at the time) I also left some items behind, after I called they were quick to respond and my belongings were shipped back to me right away. Overall, we had a great stay and would go back there again.

Clean room, basic but nice with cute fridge in it. Great for family. friendly and informative front desk, nice breakfast and dinner fare on-site. convenient location, though neighborhood rather than enjoy is one I'd drive through to get to the beach 3 minutes away. Great location for convenience. Newport Beach is beautiful - If I go back to Newport Beach, I will not hesitate to again stay here.

“Very nice!”

Our room was very nice. The pool and parking was right next to the room. Speedy check in and out. The location could not be more perfect. We were very happy. Can't wait to go back!
