NOT the Ramada!!

Posted 6-May-2015
Pros: The staff was pleasant and the waffles were decent.
Cons: It looks as if remodeling is going on, but only a few rooms at a time. My room was not one that had been remodeled.
Location: Disneyland is close and down the street is the soon to open water park (Garden Grove, CA).
If you are looking for the well known and well respected Ramada Hotels; this is not it! I don't know how they get away with using their name, but they do. This place is at best a 2.5 star "motel". The building and faciltity is worn and dirty. The rooms are dingy and used. I mean used as you can see the chips on the counter tops, the broken hinges on doors, non-working refridgerators, chipped showers, leaking toilet, etc...

Everything great except that I always ask for extra pillows and towels and got an attitude from staff. Could have said he doesn't have any.l

Great experience

Posted 29-Apr-2015
This is my first time staying overnight at a hotel alone. I feel safe as I live on the 3rd floor, and the room is quiet. The shower is good. The bed is comfortable. Check-in /-out is fast and easy. No additional charge. The wifi is strong too.

Disneyland

The hotel is considerably close to Disneyland, which was a good thing. The rooms were kind of small but they were comfortable. Good service.

Beat up room but walking distance to attractions.

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: Free Parking and close to mini mart and fast food.
Cons: Redo the shower and the sink, carpet, chaise and desk. Fix the drain in the shower and the dead bolt in the door.
Location: 1 mile walking distance to Anaheim attractions. Convention Center, Disney, Garden Walk
Room definitely needed upgrades in all areas. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the TV worked. No water pressure in the mornings for showers but there was a refrigerator for bottled drinks We needed a location within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention center and we also had free parking here so it was a decent tradeoff for the price.

Okay place given the price and location

Posted 13-Apr-2015
Pros: The price, the size of the suite and it being within walking distance to Disneyland
Cons: They need to figure out the parkeing as on the last day we had people doubled parked behind us blocking us in.
Location: A long walk to Disneyland but do able
This hotel is everything you can expect for the money. The suite was large and clean, although the exterior walkways had cigarette butts in several places resulting from people smoking just outside their rooms. Parking became a problem one day and we had several cars blocking us in as a result of people double parking as they have more rooms then parking spots; however staff quickly dealt with this. Breakfast isn't the greatest as there is no fruit but the basics are there such as toast and cerial. It is a long walk back from Disneyland after day in the park but again give the size of the room and location I would say there again.

Hotel within walking distance to Dineyland

Posted 9-Apr-2015
Front desk people were nice, hotel was not. Toilet didn't flush, phone didn't work to call front. We were switched to another room but it wasn't nicer but at least the toilet worked. Non smoking room but everyone smokes outside your door.
