Beat up room but walking distance to attractions.

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: Free Parking and close to mini mart and fast food.
Cons: Redo the shower and the sink, carpet, chaise and desk. Fix the drain in the shower and the dead bolt in the door.
Location: 1 mile walking distance to Anaheim attractions. Convention Center, Disney, Garden Walk
Room definitely needed upgrades in all areas. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the TV worked. No water pressure in the mornings for showers but there was a refrigerator for bottled drinks We needed a location within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention center and we also had free parking here so it was a decent tradeoff for the price.

Okay place given the price and location

Posted 13-Apr-2015
Pros: The price, the size of the suite and it being within walking distance to Disneyland
Cons: They need to figure out the parkeing as on the last day we had people doubled parked behind us blocking us in.
Location: A long walk to Disneyland but do able
This hotel is everything you can expect for the money. The suite was large and clean, although the exterior walkways had cigarette butts in several places resulting from people smoking just outside their rooms. Parking became a problem one day and we had several cars blocking us in as a result of people double parking as they have more rooms then parking spots; however staff quickly dealt with this. Breakfast isn't the greatest as there is no fruit but the basics are there such as toast and cerial. It is a long walk back from Disneyland after day in the park but again give the size of the room and location I would say there again.

Hotel within walking distance to Dineyland

Posted 9-Apr-2015
Front desk people were nice, hotel was not. Toilet didn't flush, phone didn't work to call front. We were switched to another room but it wasn't nicer but at least the toilet worked. Non smoking room but everyone smokes outside your door.

Worst hotel I've EVER stayed at!

Posted 4-Apr-2015
First room was disgusting, smelled and air conditioner didn't work. We were able to switch rooms and the next one wasn't much better, but didn't have a choice. We tried to make the best of it but when I woke up and found a spider crawling in the bed, I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Location: Location ok it's reasonably closer to Disneyland
Room was ok but washroom door was not working. Microwave provided to me was also not working. And when asked hotel staff to replace they refused.

Budget motel

Posted 26-Mar-2015
Pros: The waffles from their free continental breakfast.
Cons: Change out the carpets, have housekeeping do a more thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, and change the wall units to centralized air.
Location: The World Famous Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant is directly across the street.
This is definitely your neighborhood budget motel. The only thing I can say good about our room is the second room was separated from the front room therefore you couldn't hear anything that was occuring outside of the hotel. The room smelt musty from the old carpet. The carpet looked old and used. The tub had rust stains throughout. The air conditioner is an old wall unit that kept going on and off. The blankets still had hair and stains.

Close to convention center

We got an old room that hadn't been remodeled yet. They are in construction. Room was dirty. They charged a 50 hold on my debit card even though hotel was completely prepaid. Still have not received that back. Holes in wall. Hole in floor. Carpet filthy. Black dirty walls. Phone dirty.

Location is close to Disneyland, but the hotel is run down and dirty. The clientele is sketchy, with people smoking and yelling in the parking lot. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors.

I would not stay here again...

Posted 20-Feb-2015
Expedia says this hotel is 1 mile from Disneyland, which would be ok, except it was 1.8 miles. So round trip is almost 4 miles walking (on top of all the walking you already do in Disneyland). That was quite misleading! Ended up parking at Disneyland lot for 2 of the 4 days because of that. The breakfast did not offer any fruit or protein like hard-boiled eggs, only bread, doughnuts, waffles and cereals. The fitness center IS a treadmill. As for the room, it had lots of hot water and was clean enough. I would ask for a room away from the elevator because it is very noisy with people getting on and off at all hours. But again, you get a cheap hotel room you are going to have more inconsiderate people who don't care if other people are trying to sleep. I would not stay here again but we got what we paid for.
