Roach in room

The outdoor access of the hotel rooms has allowed cockroaches to enter the room. Woke up in the morning to a roach the size of my palm in the bathroom. Hotel staff were not concerned, did not stay another night.

Close to Universal Studio but not worth for money

Bad experience with unfriendly staff members, issues in bathroom lock which didn't fix even after called and person came in. Breakfast was served just to fulfill the formality.

super noisy hotel

We stayed at Ramada for 5 days, room was ok but the hall and the outside was not well maintenance, and you can hear everything that happens outside the door. Everyone who stand outside, several doors away, talking and you can hear all of their conversation clearly. And one thing that disappoint me: they just charge a deposit without mentioning anything about it. Its good for its price, so if you can sleep with noise, and dont mind a little dirty then its an ok place to stay.

Major renovation required

Pros: Comfortable beds. Nice towels. Free parking.
Cons: Everything. Currently being renovated.
Location: 15 min walk to Convention center.
Expected more from the Ramada name. Tired old motel in need of renovation. The room was dark & a bit depressing. Managed 4 nights during a recent convention because I wasn't in the room much. The exercise facility consisted of a treadmill.

was cool...1 room w couch microwave and fridge....other room had 2 queen size beds.....i wasnt expecting 2 rooms like that....very spacious.....that was cool....now everything is dated....old microwave....tv....etc.....id prefer upgraded stuff but bed was comfortable...clean...and 2 room bonus

The attendants were not very polite. The rooms stink, they looked dirty, the showers were nasty, there was roaches in the room. Was very unpleased with the overall stay. Not what I expected for a Ramada hotel.

The front desk horrible customer service

Not what they advertise for rhe staff that work the night shift so rude. They said they offered complimentary shuttle and they sens you to a different hotel to buy the tickets

We make sure our staff is always providing 100% customer service to all of our guests. If for some reason that was not provide to you I do apologize. Regarding the "complimentary shuttle" I am not sure where you saw that complimentary shuttle but if you go on our website at the bottom it states we have a shuttle at a small service fee. I am sorry if for any reason you thought we provided free shuttles most hotels in the area use the same shuttle service at a fee unless your staying at a 5 star hotel. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, Breakfast was great, waffles made fresh, coffee and juice, donuts, toast, cereal. In walking distance to Disneyland, or ride the bus.

Pros: You could see some of the fireworks from Disneyland.
Cons: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!!!!! The manager needs to be replaced or retrained. She's awful.
The manager clearly hates her job. She Barely talked or looked up at us upon check in. Did the very minimal to get us into our room. Not friendly or helpful at all!!!!!! The water in our room took at least 25 minutes to heat up to a decent temperature to shower. When we called the front desk about it there was no rush to help us or to find a solution. As a matter of fact we left and that situation never got resolved. Continental breakfast is cereal, stale doughnuts, waffles, and watch out for the moldy green bread. A day after we checked out we were hit by a surprise $70 fee for claims that we had damaged towels. We had no clue how we had done that and when asked for evidence the manager told us she could not show or send us pictures but that she could mail the towels to us at cost to us. We would need to put money into a paypal account. Needless to say we did not do it. We cut our losses and will never go back to that hole in the wall.
