Everything in the suite is so old and rusty.

I stay in a 3 queen beds suite and it has 2 sinks but none of them works well. The sink is clogged and we asked them to fix but they hadn't fixed for our 5 nights stay. Everything in the suite is so old and rusty. It was our nightmare when think of this hotel

It was nothing to meet expectation of a hotel name like Ramada, room was not clean, door was broken, no lock on bathroom door. If you late no parking is available.

There was not enough parking for cars. One night I had to double park, woke up the next morning around 6am just to move it.

Bad of service

I ordered suit room ( 2 queen bed and kid bunk bed) , but when I come for check in, they give me not the room I ordered. So I complaints, they said expedian book wrong. The room don't have closet, iron not work, hair dryer burn, and we go talk with staff they not change for us . So totally the hotel so bad

Horrible hotel

Extremely rude front desk staff. First room they put us in was good but both tv's didn't work. They told us to go somewhere and when we got back the tv's would be fixed. We got back at 8 pm and the tv's were still broken. Called the front desk and they told us we had to move rooms. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids. Lots of stuff. We requested the bottom floor when we arrived and got it, but then they told us they were moving us to the 4th floor. With absolutely no help and an extremely rude remark of "none of this is our fault" from the front desk, we moved. The room they put us in was horrible. Completely disgusting and when I called to tell them. I was told that was the only room they had. The whole time the front desk kept treating us like the whole thing was our fault. Never an apology. Just rudeness. We will never stay at this hotel again

Good price for location

Pros: The view from our room.
Cons: The bathroom and beds.
It was a decent place the room was nice but the bed was kind of hard and the bathroom could be updated but for an overnight stay we had a good time and it was a great price. It was located in the center of things to do in Anaheim and only a 20 min drive to Huntington Beach.

Decent hotel

Nice continental breakfast. Convenient to Disney. No hot water though and hopefully this was just our room. We asked for the hot water to be fixed but it never was. Otherwise, all was good!

No parking

The staff was very accommodating and amenities were right on for the price however they do not have enough parking and that is extremely inconvenient!

Nice priced hotel near Disneyland

This place is a great pick for a Disneyland trip. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and you can't beat the prices in the area for this nice of a place. We walked to the park in the morning and took a cab home at night, which was under ten dollars with tip, and well worth it with tired feet! Only complaints is the coffee brand they use there is just terrible and the jacuzzi needed some cleaning but other than that we were content. I would stay there again.
