The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, Breakfast was great, waffles made fresh, coffee and juice, donuts, toast, cereal. In walking distance to Disneyland, or ride the bus.

Pros: You could see some of the fireworks from Disneyland.
Cons: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!!!!! The manager needs to be replaced or retrained. She's awful.
The manager clearly hates her job. She Barely talked or looked up at us upon check in. Did the very minimal to get us into our room. Not friendly or helpful at all!!!!!! The water in our room took at least 25 minutes to heat up to a decent temperature to shower. When we called the front desk about it there was no rush to help us or to find a solution. As a matter of fact we left and that situation never got resolved. Continental breakfast is cereal, stale doughnuts, waffles, and watch out for the moldy green bread. A day after we checked out we were hit by a surprise $70 fee for claims that we had damaged towels. We had no clue how we had done that and when asked for evidence the manager told us she could not show or send us pictures but that she could mail the towels to us at cost to us. We would need to put money into a paypal account. Needless to say we did not do it. We cut our losses and will never go back to that hole in the wall.

Room needed maintenance.

Pros: Close to convention center and a Disneyland bus stop right in front. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room needs repairs.
Location: Walking distance to convention center. and ART bus stop right in front of hotel.
The AC unit was not working. The carpet was filthy, we would walk barefoot and our feet were black after a while. No microwave on the room. Room looked uncared for, needed some paint.

Great experience, breakfast was a little poor but juice was delicious. Room was large and comfortable. Spa was relaxing

Good experience. I would stay there again. Close to Disneyland and having a suite made it nice.

Bus service to Disneyland right outside the door

Pros: ART stop right outside of the door, price was reasonable, staff was friendly.
Cons: Fresh fruit at breakfast would be nice.
Location: Good location to the resorts around Anaheim due to there being an ART stop right outside the hotel.
Room was clean but basic. Breakfast was ok but not many choices. It would have been better if fresh fruit had been made available. For the price, the room was fine. We had access to the resorts around Anaheim through the ART which had a stop right outside the hotel. We went to Medieval Times, Disneyland, California Adventures, and Knotts berry Farm. The internet access was not working very well while we were there. If you are going to use the ART for transportation, get your pass online before you go. The nearest place to get a pass is at another hotel down the street and they only had one day and three day passes. Five day passes were only available at Disneyland.

Worst hotel ever!!

No hot water room still dirty window broken not I didn't have a space to park I had to block people in to park they don't have enough spaces to park for amout of rooms they have. Door looked like it was broke in too toilet was plugged up and the list goes on. Not worth any penny of mine

Get what you pay for

The room was spacious but the bathroom door would not shut completely and nothing was ever done about it even though we requested someone to fix it twice. The hand soap smelled horrible. The receptionist was nice but my boyfriend said she gave him attitude for asking for someone to fix the door. The ventilation in the room was horrible & parking is nearly impossible to get it you're coming back late night . Will definitely invest a little more to get a better hotel next time.

Not recommended!!! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

booked based on price and not pleasant. Room had bugs, shower was broken, toilet wouldn't flush all the way, sink was in the room not bathroom so couldn't get ready without waking everyone up, "fitness center" was a joke basically a closet with 1 treadmill that you couldn't run on because belt would slip-no weights and TV wouldn't turn on. ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE HOTEL STAFF. All were very friendly and helpful but that doesn't outweigh the poor accommodations.
