Quaint hotel near everything

Pros: The staff
This is a hotel that id not high end and does not have the amenities of a high end hotel, but the bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean. The hotel appears dated and needs some upkeep. It advertises breakfast but in reality, it's a continental type breaksfast, lots of carbs so not carb-conscious at all, ie: cereal, toast, waffles, and danish with coffee, tea or milk. For an inexpensive alternative to a high-end hotel, I would stay again.

Always stay here

We love this hotel. It is remodeled and really quite nice. The staff is friendly. It is a little ways from Disneyland but close to the Disney parking so we just walk to there and get on the shuttle. Works perfectly. The breakfast is good too.

Close to food, shopping and Disneyland.

Pros: The extra room.
Cons: Jetted tub
Location: Close to food, shopping and Disneyland.
The room was fine but I wish we had a jetted tub. The jacuzzi downstairs was pretty scummy. The pool was cold. But those didn't really diminish the stay that much, overall it was fine.

Cheap close to disney knotts and beaches

Nice place for price

This was my 2nd time staying here and I like it. The only thing they need to do is clean the bathroom better. The tub was very dirty looking and the toilet had burn marks on it.

We would stay there again. We liked how close we were to Disneyland. The staff were friendly especially the waffle lady!

Disney shuttle pick up in front of hotel

Pros: I liked the fact that the ART stop was directly in front of the hotel. I also thought the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: With as many people as they had working there, I feel like they should have had another person available for checking in guests.
Location: Disneyland is quite a walk from this hotel, I suggest buying the ART tickets and riding that. They come every 20 minutes and run all day.
We stayed in this hotel from Wednesday to Saturday. When we went to check in there was one person working the desk and one person in front of me. I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. When I got to the counter the lady working the desk was nice and friendly. We got to our room and the key was a pain to use. We had to put it in and hold the door shut and wait 2-3 seconds and then open it. Once we got in our room it was nice. We walked through the livingroom area, it had a couch with a pull out bed that we didn't use and a flat screen tv. Then you walk into the bedroom area and there were 2 queen size beds that were clean and comfy and another flat screen tv. The bathroom was alright, there was some places on the wall that were patched, but what do you expect for a 2 star hotel. The sink for the bathroom was actually in the bedroom area which was kind of odd but it worked fine. There was good water pressure in the shower. I was pleasantly surprised with the room, it was very nice. We took the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) to Disneyland. We had to buy the tickets for the transit down the street at a different hotel ( I think it was the doubletree resort) it wasn't too far and I walked there to buy them. We got 2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets that were good for 3 days and it cost $30. I was so glad that we didn't have to walk back to the hotel after a long day of walking at Disneyland. I feel like this hotel would be too far away to walk to.

Old hotel with bad plumbing

The room had wet carpet and inconsistent hot/cold water. Perhaps it was just our luck that we got a bad room. But the hotel definitely need more repair/remodeling before we will stay there again. Disappointed since we had stayed at other Ramada Inn before.
