Water stains on the ceiling, unpainted room, flooring uneven, shower was impossible to set temp, Asked and paid for ocean view and received partial over the other build view. Room was not what was pictured when reservations were made

This location was perfect for our trip, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Laguna Beach. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. We loved being very close to the beach.

No frills accommodation, but clean and friendly in a fabulous location. We will definitely be back!

Customer service was amazing, the room was old and the property was run down. They should really consider a bigger t.v. and upgrading the property.

Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and welcomed my husband for his birthday with a bottle of wine! We chose this hotel for the location and the hot tub, but the hot tub was unusable because it was so dirty for 2 days. The walls were very thin the neighbors toilet overflowed at 5:30 in the morning and we heard everything all the way till 9 AM. Good location, but the facility is run down.
