“Perfect Beach Getaway Right on the Sand”
The hotel was perfectly quaint with white linens, fresh towels, Califonia beach syle and a casual atmosphere. The perfect combination for a two day getaway. Right on the beach with surf spot right in front. We took advantage of the free beach chairs, towels and beach cruisers. Plenty of things to do and miles of boardwalk to ride on.
“Fantastic Hotel and Service”
I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It is right on the beach. I love the hardwood floors and funiture. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The towels in the bathroom are to die for. I have never stayed at hotel that offered towels so soft.
“Only Hotel On The Beach in Newport!!!!”
We came out to Orange County for a business trip and thought we could mix in a little pleasure at the beach. This hotel was not our first choice we had made plans to stay at one of the "name brand" hotels in the area. Let me be perfectly clear this hotel is the only hotel on the beach. We were very disapointed with the name brand hotel once we found that it was not close to the beach as promised. The Newport Beach Hotel is very clean and the staff was great. This hotel was a cute boutique hotel with the appearance of a Cape Cod beach house. When we finalluy arrived at this hotel we felt like we now could enjoy ourselves and did.
“Nice Boutique Hotel”
Everything about the hotel was great. the only downside to our room was that the sunlight that came in through the bathroom would wake us up in the morning. There is a curtain diving the bath and the room and the too much light gets through the curtain
“Newport lots of fun”
Everything is just fine. (see below) You must park your car in side streets or pay $18 per day or $1 per hour meters. There was a black Bugatti, fastest car in the world, parked in the loading zone most days receiving many $53 fines. Oh well. Highly recommend this place and nearby bars (good food) and the Crab Cooker, short walk into town.
“Love this place!”
We drove from Vegas and arrived at the hotel at about 11:00am. The kind lady at the Front Desk not only let us check in early, she walked us upstairs so we could pick out which room we wanted. The rooms are small but who stays in their room in Newport Beach. Very nice continental breakfast, staff was nice, location couldn't get any better. We will definitely stay there again. If you are there on a Sunday go to Woody's Wharf for an amazing Champagne Brunch!!
“Personal Touch!!”
We booked rooms for my son's wedding. The hotel graciously accommodated our request for early check in, allowed the photographers to use their lovely lounge/wine bar for photos, and in general made us feel special and important. What a lovely place to stay! I give them my highest recommendation!
“Fantastic Stay in Newport Beach!!”
My husband and I were thrilled with this little boutique hotel that is located in the heart of Newport Beach, on the beach! Marci warmly greeted us and was so helpful in giving us directions to the Huey Lewis concert that we had planned to attend, and what a fabulous concert it was! The rooms are so cute, clean, amd reminderd us of the Restoration Hardware stores. We definitely want to return, and if we do, we are interested in upgrading to one of the 2 rooms that overlook the boardwalk and beach. We really appreciated the privately gated parking, too!
“Great spot by the beach”
The room was very nice and clean. The jacuzzi tub is very relaxing. They don't have movie channels but there are plenty of other channels to chose from. We had the Sunrise Suite which was a perfect size for two people and maybe a couple small kids. The regular rooms are kind of small though. Everything was modern and up to date and in great condition.

The hotel was so nice,great location,nice view from the ocean view room.The staff were very nice and helpfull.Parking no problem and felt safe.I would definately stay there again.Many thanks!
