“Hotel is not really for business travelers.”

This is a great hotel for families, but not really for business travelers. It is clean (rooms are recently redesigned) but has no (Wireless) Internet Connection and don't offer complimentary shampoo etc. (There was at least soap). It also has no hairdryer and no coffee maker in the rooms. After all, it's all worth the price in this area and definitely a clean place to stay.

“Impressed”

I was impressed with the quality of the room considering the price. My only complaint was the heater in the room. It was way too loud.

“No frills but clean”

Clean and conveniently located. Would like a refrigerator and hair dryer in room but survived. Only single bed rooms had microwaves and refrigerators. :(

“Perfect for the price”

We stayed here for a 4 day stay and I have to say it was alot more comfortable than I had thought. The bathroom was a little "run down" but the bed was comfortable, the pillows were actually pillows and not flattened pancakes. The front desk was inexperienced but helpful and we only heard minimun noise from the people in rooms next to us. I am going back out to california soon and plan on staying at this hotel again, it is so close to the 55 freeway. The microwave and fridge in the room helped us keep our food cost low which was a big plus.

“Worth the price”

I use Red Rof Inns whenever possible, because when I travel all I really need is a place to hang my clothes, sleep and take a shower. I really don't spend much time in the room. As long as the water is hotand the sheets are clean, I'm a happy camper.

“Always a place to stay”

Other than the fact I felt uneasy about the windows facing the parking lot, everything was excellent.

“Scary”

Police were called due to a crazy woman who claimed someone else had moved into her room, complete with their own key. Not sure if this was mix up on the resort's part, or if she was just plain crazy. There was a clothed woman in the hot tub, who appeared to be under the influence of something. There was a police car on-site when we left the next a.m. Nice lobby, but very misleading. There was something like eye makeup smeared on a doorjamb that had not been cleaned off.

“Okay for inexpensive hotel”

Front Desk check-in was handled by 2 very inexperienced young men who were not sure of anything concerning an Expedia reservation.

“Not Impressed”

No maid service in evenings or in morning before 8:30. They didn't give us enough towels when we checked in and since there was no maid service at 9:00 p.m., we had to go down to lobby to get our own towels. Hotel also had no elevators.

“Happier with the second room”

The first "non-smoking" room we were assigned reeked of the strong perfume-smelling air freshener that covers up smoke. Both chairs in the room had tears in the upholstery, so I was glad we had another reason to switch rooms. The staff was very happy to move us, and our second room was similarly furnished, but better maintained. We probably would not stay here again. The difference in price between this and the next hotel was not great enough to justify the difference in the quality.
