“Laguna's Little Secret”
We were so pleased upon our check in, the cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly and helpful hotel staff. It is situated in a perfect location.

This is a terrific location, great rooms, recently renovated. Pool is small, but the beach is a stones throw away! You can walk to everything in town!!

“Staff was amazing!”
Upon check-in, the desk clerk took a personal interest in our room and actually upgraded us to a view room. All front desk staff acknowledged us as we came and went throughout our stay. Wifi worked great. Pool area was not fancy, but I appreciated the way clean folded towels were left on lounge chairs for our use. Food baskets left in room were delightful...I was given extra fiber bars on request. Loved this hotel. I come to Laguna every year for the Pageant and this is by far the best location for that purpose. We walked to everything. Loved how close we were to Heisler park which is oceanfront.

I only stayed one night but was very satisified... Prices are steep but so is everywhere else in laguna.. Clean and very friendly and informative staff about the area... Super close to the beach also.. I would definatley come back

This hotel is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and accomodating. The location can't be beat - some of my favorite restaurants are within a quick 5 minute drive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast basket delivered to your room has gotten healthier w/ fresh fruit, nurtri grain bars, etc. The path on Heisler Park is so convenient & a great way to get a little exercise.

Beautiful, updated room. A little bit of a walk to beach and downtown but worth it alone just for the convenience and ease of the parking structure. Parking in Laguna is neither easy nor cheap! We will stay here again.
“Good Value”
The place was unimpressive from the outside but rooms were tastfully decorated and very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised to find a balcony beyond a solid door in the back of the room. The view was refreshing - a nice spot to have morning tea. Only complaint is - flat pillows on bed. They need to invest in new pillows!
