“Small, but very nice!”
We loved the location and the price is right. Also, complimentary breakfast at K'ya ($10 per person) was the best breakfast we have ever had :)
“Stay here!!”
This place is awesome, it is perfect for a quick get away to laguna beach. Almost everything is within walking distance, woods cove (2 minutes away) is amazing! This hotel is perfect, do not go anywhere else, stay here!!
“Excellent condition”
Great hotel, super clean and trendy decorations. Slightly loud road noise, but did not bother me and I will book this hotel for my trip next year.
“Great place to stay”
The room was recently remodeled and very tastfully done. The rooms were small but opened out onto a large deck with chairs and tables that had an ocean view. The beach (Wood's Cove) was absolutely beautiful and only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Montage was just a few minutes down PCH and across from there was a grocery store with a Starbucks. Coffee was provided in the lounge every morning at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast, though six blocks away, was very good and served large protions. Very healthy, too!

I think this hotel is really a good place to stay because , people at the reception desk are very helpful nice smiling anything I've asked: done immediately!! The only uninterested place to me is the swimming pool nice but too noisy I went to the beach much nicer and quieter!! that's all!!

Laguna Beach is a nice place to stay. Probably best for couples, but it is not bad for singles. The room I stayed in was small, but it was comfortable and pretty (nice Hardware floor,etc.). The bed was comfortable. Included in the room cost is Breakfast ($10 per person, so $20 for up to 2) and Wine & Cheese gathering in the evening. They breakfast choices are big and the Wine & Cheese are plentiful. They are about 2 miles away from the Main Beach, but a public beach (with a private feel) is right across the street (about a block called Wood's Cove). They have body sized beach towels and Umbrellas for you to use everyday for free. The staff is extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They are probably the reason I enjoyed my trip so much. Now, I am making Laguna Beach an annual trip, and I will stay that the Laguna Beach Inn.
“Fantastic, good value, friendly motel”
Good value, comfortable rooms around central car park/terrace with small outdoor pool. Fantastically friendly and very helpful staff. Its a hike from town but if you have a car or are there mid week and prepared to wait for bad bus services, location is good. However breakfast is in another hotel about a mile away. And although the breakfast is good, the staff and service at the other hotel is hopelessly inefficient. A wait for an hour for a breakfast order seems common. Also, booking on expedia a single room gives a voucher for breakfast for 2. But the breakfast hotel allows US$10 per person and not 2 x 10 for a single room booking which means you can't have juice and coffee!! (so book a double room for 2 if you are travelling solo - price is the same) Annoying detail but the Inn itself is wonderful.

Very good value for the money in Laguna Beach and the breakfast was first class.

The hotel was very nice, especially the quaint "zen" lobby and nicely appointed rooms. Limited service; pool small and roadside; otherwise great place to stay if you'll be out and about in Laguna.
“I would stay here again.”
This is a great little place for the money. We stayed here on a recent trip to the beach and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this little place was. It was only a short, one block walk to a beautiful little beach and the free breakfast at the sister hotel was "made to order" and really good
