“close to the freeway and restaurants”
WE enjoyed are stay- and it was walking distant to a restaurant.
“Beyond expectations”
went there for the System Of A Down concert at the amphitheater and was overly surprised to see how awesome the hotel was! you name it, it had it and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a lovely and (very) inexpensive hotel in Irvine. i give it an A++
“Clean, affordable, comfortable”
Hotel is clean, comfortable, safe and affordable. It is close to eating establishments. It has a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I would definetly stay there again.
“Surprising comfort and space despite modest exterior”
The exterior of this hotel is bland and uninteresting, almost ugly. However, the suites are terrific: extremely large and well appointed. Most budget hotel rooms/suites are tight with little space for luggage or just roaming around room. This hotel is different. The living room is very spacious with a good sized, comfy couch and armchair and corner table with lamp. There was a separate work table (or for eating) and a big empty space in the corner where we dumped our bags and extra gear. Along one wall was a counter about 10 feet long that held a TV, kitchen style sink, coffee set up and lots of empty space. Underneath it was a microwave and small fridge and storage space. The bedroom was a separate room, convenient when my husband went to bed earlier than I did, and has its own TV and two comfortable queen sized beds. The controls for the air conditioner actually worked so that we were able to set the temperature exactly the way we wanted. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. There was sufficient parking near the room although the spaces were a little small. Two complaints: the bathroom sink was in the bedroom, rather than the bathroom, which I don't like; and the bulbs in the lamps were underpowered for serious reading. There is nothing interested near the hotel but the Irvine Spectrum is just a short distance away by car. Highly recommend.

“great place to stay, easily accessible”
I was quite impressed with this hotel. I had read other reviews after booking the hotel and wasn't sure what to expect. I was able to check in an hour early, my room was extremely clean, the noise volume from other rooms was almost non existent, and the pool and hot tub were quite enjoyable. Everything was located very close together. Parking was great and always easy to find a spot. Hotel employees were very nice and knowledgeable. It's location off the freeway was perfect for visiting Southern California attractions. I would highly reccommend it.
“My first choice when I stay in that area”
I love this place. I have always had a great experience here. The staff is always hospitable, the rooms clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is fresh and well prepared. I can honestly recommend Irvine Suites to anyone.
“Great facility and will definately go back!”
An attractive rate caught my eye, and we were greatly pleased. We stay in Hotel/Motel facilities over 100 nights a year, and this one was a very memorable stay. All for the "right" reasons, excellant amenities and service, including a "full" breakfast, not just a Continental breakfast. You'll find hotels at 50% higher rates and not get as good a facility.

“Excellent Business Traveler Hotel”
Room was huge. Bed was ok. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but did the trick. I would go back because of the price/location/size of the room and associated amenities.
