“Nice”

The hotel was very clean , good parking, had a little trouble with the wireless conection. Overall it was a nice experience. Will use again.

“Clean Fast Simple..”

Everything was handeled perfect...I just told the person in front my confirmation # and withing 5 minutes I was in my room.... Everything was great and clean...TV worked perfect.......Thats all I wanted..

“Classic Motel”

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and CHEAP. Free WiFi but no other frills. If you need to stay in Brea and close to ammenities without spending a whole lot, then this could be your place.

“Hyland Motel Brea”

This is an older motel from the outside and has the 60's motel look to it. However, my non-smoking room was quiet, clean, and comfortable over the four day period that I stayed in Brea. If you are comfortable with basic and clean accodations this place will suit you fine. Brea is a nice town with many places to eat. The Motel is close to all of this and appeared to be in a safe area.

“Small But Sweet”

The room was somewhat small, but it was very clean and well put together. Meaning, the colors chosen to paint to room, along with the bedroom set and pillow arrangements, gave you the impression that they went out of there way to copy the style of a more expensive hotel; but on a smaller scale. It was quite, except for the next morning. Some of the tenants, sounded like a group of young men, were already pumped up and ready to go. However, it wasn't terribly bad; keep in mind I stayed there with my Fiancé on a Saturday night and it happened to be Spring Break. We did have dinner at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, which was about a 5 minute drive from this place, and we also went over to the local hang outs in Downtown Fullerton; which was about a 10 minute drive - which is not bad. If you're looking not to spend a lot of money, but yet want to drive to local happening restaurants and clubs/bars, all the while stay at a clean, nice looking room and don’t mind that it’s somewhat small – this is the place. I would stay there again, and would recommend it to any of my family or friends.

“Convenient lodging”

Clean, basic lodging. It suited my needs as the Veteran's Club was right next door.

“Great for a short stay in North Orange County”

We needed a motel quickly for a family emergency. Not wanting to bust our limited budget, we settled on Brea's Hyland Motel for four nights. We were not disappointed by the location and accommodations. The walls are a bit thin, and one hears cars pulling out in the early morning as well as loud neighbors - but despite that everything was just fine. Room was neat and clean upon arrival, and was thoroughly cleaned daily. Nice of them to offer in-room refrigerators not stocked with expensive items. We purchased basic food & drink supplies and stored them in the room. This is a small, value-oriented facility with a great location for North Orange County business, family or vacation-related stays. We'd use the place again.

“Dishonest”

We were charged a $50 fee for damage that was already existing in our room. The room was very small, but clean.
